Have eaten here many times. The service and food quality are excellent. I like the interesting combinations they put together. I remember enjoying a pear salad most recently. The fish has always been good. Have eaten here alone at the bar and also with a fairly large group and service was excellent both times, as was the food.

Two friends and I came in for brunch and ended up being enticed by the lunch menu, everything sounded fantastic. I ordered the classic mac & cheese and the first few bites were good but the flavours didn't work for the whole bowl. We came back the next day to try the brunch menu and it turned out mediocre. I... I did like the Icon, and thank you to the reception staff at the Max Hotel for recommending it to me! From the outside the Icon does not look so impressive. It has an 'old-fashioned' sign at the front that at first makes you think it's just an old-fashioned diner, but do not be put off. The decor inside is... More

We enjoyed our dinner at the Icon Grill. When we walked in we were "wowed" by the décor. They've got beautiful blown glass chandeliers and an interesting and eclectic collection of art. It was busy and bustling and felt like a fun place to be. We didn't have reservations so we had a 20 minute wait but the staff worked... More

Where do I start? Everything here was amazing from the atmosphere to the service and, of course, the food. THE FOOD! That was the real OMG in all of this. Portions are verging on insane (big) which rarely happens with reasonable prices and exceptional quality and presentation. We started with the fried mac 'n cheese. We would have been happy... More

Was staying at the Westin for a conference, and went here for brunch one day. It was excellent! My friend and I both had the turkey, bacon, avocado melt served with a roasted pear salad. It was fantastic. So good, we went there the next day with another colleague and I had the same exact thing. I usually like to... More
