what a find this spot is! Worth the drive to West Seattle!

I made reservations based soely on loation. We had TIX to ARTSWEST Friday night and have peering at a few menus choose Fresh Bistro. It was a huge sucess. Wow this happy hour blew me away. I tried the Saracha prawns, bistro salad and tempura off the evening happy hour menu. Too say I was shocked at the quality and value is an understatement! I'll definitely be back again.

I had purchased a promotional voucher too this restaurant, only to find it I could not be used with their complete menu. First Greeting at the door was not a greeting at all. A hostess who definitely is in the wrong business. After being seated we were told " don't get too comfortable in our steak night menu, as you... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the "long table" reduced price options. Can't beat the good and drink prices and the food tasted great. We loved the generous moules-frites and each of the other small plate items were tasty and inventive. If I lived here, I would be a weekly customer.

We have only been here once before for a knock-your-socks-off brunch...we were eager to try it for dinner. The veggie tempura and prawn appetizers were both beautifully presented and yummy. The Hanger steak entree was great in parts and overdone in parts. The potato ratatouille was delicious but the tomato sauce on it was too sweet. My husband had a... More

Easy, relaxed dining with an excellent and affordable wine list and they have a half price bottle night. The food is fresh and simply prepared, but with complex and creative flavors. A neighborhood fav.

The hostess seemed uninterested in serving us, which diminished my enjoyment of the meal. It's too bad that so many restaurants persist in using GMO canola oil for everything fried, but we've come to expect it. The ling-cod was good and the salmon, too. The beet salad was nice, as well. With so many good restaurants with stellar service to... More

As locals we eat here regularly. It is easy, friendly and the food is great. They have a wonderful happy hour that goes all evening. Hip modern atmosphere.

Went there for the first time because we had Travelzoo coupon. 3 course meal. We had mussels and ahi tuna as first course, fabulous, 5 stars for both. For main courses, we had king salmon and flank steak. The salmon was dry and tasteless. The flank steak was chewy. Deserts, we had panna cotta and cream brulee. Well, panna cotta... More

The food here is excellent, and the best part is it's farm-to-table (make a difference with your dollar). Plus, it is not super pricey. We highly recommend!
