Went there for the first time because we had Travelzoo coupon. 3 course meal. We had mussels and ahi tuna as first course, fabulous, 5 stars for both. For main courses, we had king salmon and flank steak. The salmon was dry and tasteless. The flank steak was chewy. Deserts, we had panna cotta and cream brulee. Well, panna cotta... More

The food here is excellent, and the best part is it's farm-to-table (make a difference with your dollar). Plus, it is not super pricey. We highly recommend!

We're loving this Bistro in West Seattle. Ingredients are always the freshest and menu constantly changing to provide the best seasonal fare for us locafores. We have used the Happy Hour menu as well as the regular menu with equal success. Weekend brunches are also innovative and delicious.

I brought my daughter and friend to check out Fresh Bistro because I went to school with the owner BJ Duft! And we were very pleased with everything from the environment to the yummy food!

This was one of the best food we had in our 4 days in Seattle. We went in during Sunday brunch. We did have to wait a few minutes as the restaurant was full. Everything was a little slow probably for the same reason so just don't be in a big hurry. Relax and enjoy. The menu was varied. The food... More

Fresh Bistro had been recommended to us but we found it noisy with mediocre service. The Northwest Chowder was outstanding. The crab and sweet potato cakes were good but the sweet potato overpowered the crab. We were there on a Monday which is "steak night" and my husband's steak was good. My salmon was good but not exceptional. There are... More

We tried Fresh Bistro because it had good reviews and freshly sourced food. One word describes our experience - disappointing. The ambiance, if you can call it that, is cold and uninviting. The food sounded interesting and creative, but lacked anything to write home about, especially for the prices charged. I will not return here. With the many great restaurants... More

On a cold rainy night, Fresh Bistro provided a warm, inviting setting. We were seated quickly without reservations &, as we left around 7pm, there were still tables available. Our server was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The meal was well paced & we easily held conversations without the layer of jazz/noise that is so often found elsewhere. Some of the... More

Everything we ordered was delicious, perfectly prepared and of the highest quality. This included the fresh bistro salad, the chowder and the salmon and halibut entrees. Service was very good. A very enjoyable evening.

Two of us went in for dinner and decided to go with three of the small plates to share instead of getting our own meals. Went with the the mussels, pork belly sliders and crying tiger flank steak. The mussels were unbelievable. The broth they were in was out of this world and we were both laughing because we wanted... More
