Description: Centrally located in downtown Seattle, Blueacre is the quintessential American seafood restaurant drawing upon the vast array of wild seafood available from the United States coastal waters as well as carefully chosen sustainably-farmed freshwater species, oysters, clams and mussels. Blueacre Seafood will feature a full-service oyster bar and in addition to all things aquatic, farm-fresh meat, game, poultry, vegetables and artisanal cheeses. Brushed nickel accents, rich wood panels and warm leather booths reflect Blueacre's American seafood heritage. Classic handmade cocktails are shaken in a comfortable bar, well stocked with American spirits, craft beers on tap and an all-American wine list. Blueacre is Seattle's downtown seafood destination.

Corner, downtown Seattle storefront. Clean, trendy facility. We ensconced ourselves at the Raw bar area of the Bar. Located in front of a grumpy shucker, we noticed our efforts at conversation were getting nowhere. The $8.00 cauliflower with red bell pepper appetizer had no taste. Alaska snow crab, $22.00 per pound, served un-cracked which kept my wife busy dismantling the... More

Can't beat the beer and wine prices at Happy Hour. We stopped in last night for drinks, good bartenders, nice atmosphere and well coated across the street from Pacific Place. Would definitely go back again.

Fine dining with great service. The chocolate pecan pie was a very nice, and rich, ending to the meal.

The food was great. The service was so-so. The pace was too fast even though I specifically told the waiter that I wanted a pause between the appetizer and the main course. There isn't much ambiance--kind of a minimalist look. No tablecloths. But, the food is the story here. Very fresh fish of a very wide variety. Preparation was very... More

Blueacre Seafood offers a large menu showcasing the region's seafood, with sustainably harvested options from other seas near and far. We ate early on New Year's eve. I was surprised that there were empty tables. My black cod and my husband's halibut were both very good. The decor is creative, with the kitchen visible through blue glass. We had a... More

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and made our reservations. We want an amazing, fine dining seafood restaurant. We got exactly that! The menu is excellent. Entrees, appetizers and sides that had our mouths watering. We ordered so much and loved every bite. Great decor and A+ service. I will be going back next time I am in town!

Seafood is what it is famous for and didn't disappoint with a lot of local selections. Impressive was the extensive wine menu which you can pair your seafood choices with and the wait staff was knowledgeable. Experience a lovely local Reisling with my fish special. Lighting was slighly dark and on the romantic side but the noise level was excellent... More

We were directed here by the Concierge at our hotel because we asked for a place with great raw oysters. The service was good and the food was better. The prices were in keeping with other restaurants.

The waitress was inattentive at best. She brought us water and then walked away without asking if we would like a drink. When she came back to take our order I hesitated to grab the menu to order a cocktail which she assumed meant I wasn't ready to order. She turned to leave so we told her no we were... More
