Nice unassuming place with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Good selection of beer and a nice patio out back. Chili was very tasty, even though the portion was a little on the small side. Really good cornbread. Would definitely go back, hopefully to catch some live music.

At first glance I'm sure this place will turn some people away as it appears to be a biker bar. Don't let that deter you though as the food is excellent! We saw Slim's on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and just HAD to check it out. I ordered the Chili Verde over Jalapeno Mac and cheese with a side of... More

This unassuming (ok, a little scary looking from the street) is so welcoming once you open the door! Seat yourself - you notice a funny mix of business casual office workers and tattooed, pierced bikers. We tried the Texas Red and the Chili Verde - Texas was ok but Chili Verde was excellent - tart with a building heat -... More

We were looking for a spot to grab a bite with our kids after a long flight. Slims cannot serve kids but we went next door to the Pig Iron BBQ which is part of the same restaurant. Awesome food! Great story!

This place is a roadhouse. Don't expect that they went all soft just because they were on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Ambiance aside, the chilli was excellent. Limited beer selection, but what they have is good.

I try and make a point to go to a "triple-d" place whenever I visit a new town. I went to Slim's for lunch and had a great bowl of Brisket Chili and a couple of Mason Jars of a local Pale Ale. Prices seemed reasonable, the chili was excellent and the service (at the bar) was attentive. Not the... More

Great place to get a great bowl of green or red chili. The female bartender was so good looking that i stepped on my tongue twice. It was okay, because ii eat my chili hot enough to keep it numb. Don't go there because of the hot waitress, go there because of the good chili and good beer. Guy Fieri... More

If you make it to Seattle, make sure you go to Slim's Last Chance and have some wonderful chili over mac and cheese. OMGSOAMAZING!! The have a decent selection of draft beer and a great selection of liquors. Beer is served in a mason jar. We decided on the Texas Red over mac and cheese and cornbread with honey butter.... More
