The care and time taken to prepare the food is evident in the taste. The pork belly is easily the best you will taste anywhere. For any foodie this is worth a visit

I had read lots of favorable reviews, so we gave it a try - fantastic! The best Italian food I've ever had, even after a dozen trips to Italy. Everything was fresh, perfectly prepared and delicious. The wait staff was great, first asking how hungry we were, then suggesting portion sizes and the best combinations (we eat off of everyone's... More

This is a relatively small restaurant but they were fabulously and comfortably accomodating to our party of six. Our server, A was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The real star of the night was the food. Oh, the food. From our assortment of appetizers (the trippe, uova and prosciutto), to the special pork chop, to the Tagliatelle, the pork chop... More

The best meal we had in Seattle, they have a few high top tables for walk in's. We got got there just as they opened and got lucky with a open table, we were seated right away, looking over the menu, not a lot to chose from, but what they have is fabulous, we ordered the sampler appetizer ( to... What an amazing dinner we experienced at this wonderful Capitol Hill restaurant. With six of us at the table, we were able to try many of the dishes, including multiple house-made pastas. Delicious, all. From the "party sauce" we received with our basket of breads to the last bite of dessert, we all enjoyed every single item. The service was... More

A terrific dining experience in a neighborhood with a bohemian vibe. Our waitress could not have been any better, guiding us through the wine list and menu. Spinasse's pasta dishes were among the best we've ever had. We had the Tajarin al Ragu and the Capretto al Latte (goat ... a first for us). We loved every bite. Absolutely fabulous!

We saw this restaurant as one of the very best of Seattle from Tripadvisor. The ambience is nice rustic as an Italian cantina although it could be easily more comfortable. The service is good and fast with vey nice waiters. The wine list is limited, they don't handle Wa wines and the Italian were basically 02 times de average price.... More

I had to make a list of the best pastas I've ever had, the egg pasta with sage butter "sauce" at Spinasse might very well head the list. The food at this place is absolutely astounding. One would be hard pressed to find better pasta this side of Italy.
