The Kumomoto Oysters were so good, I had to send back for more. Two different salmon presentations and sea bass make for hard choices. Sushi is featured.

There is no complaining about the food or the service, just the price. Everything we've eaten has been beautifully prepared and presented. But compared to, say Tom Douglas's places, or Bastille in Ballard, you can get equally good cuisine, in some cases more knowlegeable staff, at a far more reasonable cost.

Had a business meeting over an early dinner at Seastar recently. The service was top notch. The seafood was so obviously fresh, impeccably prepared, and delicious. The presentations were spot on as well. Spendy and worth every cent!

Very good seafood. Very attentive and prompt service. The wine list is quite comprehensive. Refreshing, seasonal menu. A bit on the pricier side. But, worth a visit for the seafood lovers!

If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would. Place was very good, as you would expect from a restaurant with these prices. Not the most expensive place I’ve ever eaten, but way more than average. Service was great! We were hungry and everything looked very good, so we ordered a few things. Crab cakes were good, but nothing special.... More

This hotel restaurant was an unexpected delight on our recent trip. By luck we were there for the monthly chef's tasting menu [call ahead to find out what weekend]. It was reasonably priced at $104 with wine pairings. Each course was unique including the 'carnival' dessert trio of a cotton candy/ candy apple/ chocolate creations. Service was seamless and not... I really loved it here especially because I don’t eat red meat. Seems like I am always looking for the one fish option at a steak restaurant. They do have lovely meat options but this was just a delight for me! It was hard to choose what to order. They have a large variety of fresh sushi items, oysters etc.... More

LOVELY. Service was vary good, food was outstanding for me. I love sashimi and sushi, so the variations on ceviche were like Christmas came early. Husbad who is not a raw guy enjoyed his dish (i think he got a seafood risotto of some sort) but its really terrifi of you are a fan of the fish.

My guests were amazed with the food and selection available to them particulary the seafood. They are from the mid west so they can appreciate the freshness of the food.
