Very fresh seafood served elegantly. We have eaten many time at the Bellevue location and we were not disappointed in Seattle. The food was excellent and the service made us feel very special. Great wines also.

Wonderful service. Our waiter was very accommodating. My steak was slightly overcooked on one end, but it had a wonderful sauce.

So a friend and I visited Seattle for a quick trip to see a concert and visit some new friends. On our final night, Sunday, we were sitting in a restaurant down on the water but they insisted we go to one of their favorite Seattle restaurants, "Seastar", so off we went. My friend and I had been walking around... More

Seastar has among the best staff I've ever encountered and the food is great as well. Our party had symphony tickets and thus had a cutoff time, which they were more than happy to respect and move things along quickly. They were also superb with the recommendations. The spice rub salmon was fantastic and tasted like a fine steak with... More

For an important or special occasion, this is a fabulous restaurant for those that love to eat things that swim. The food is outstanding, great wine list with selections from the region and the service was terrific.

After being stuck in an elevator for 20 minutes, my husband and I rewarded ourselves with a fabulous dinner at Seastar. The cocktails were ample and not at all anemic, the staff was friendly and excellent, and the gigantic tower of sushi turned us into very happy campers! We dined outdoors on the lovely patio with good people watching, and... More

Dinner here was incredible and if you are looking for a place to share a special evening, look no further. We shared oysters and the scallop appetizer- both were fantastic and very fresh. I had halibut and my husband had salmon. Like the appetizers, the seafood was very fresh. Everything was delicious. Dessert here is a must!- and make sure... More

This was our second visit to this restaurant. We first came here last year for our anniversary and were treated like royalty. We decided to return this year because why mess with success. Could we have another fabulous experience? Yes we can! When seated we were treated to two glasses of champaign. We decided to start with the crab bisque... More

Beautiful decor, attentive service and wonderful fresh seafood. The sockeye salmon was wonderful and in-season if a little pricey.
