Great Service Has Impact

Capital Grille seeks to capitalize has trappings of an old-time steakhouse. We found the food to be fine, but short of an easily imagined higher level. The French onion soup, for example, came in a massive, cheese-encrusted crock, but missed the high notes. It happened to be lukewarm, a rarity. The... read more

I only had the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful bar at the Seattle Capital Grill, but a time I will remember. The staff was extremely warm and friendly and the cocktails were made and presented in a sophisticated fashion. Also enjoyed some snacks at the bar while taking in the great atmosphere. Next time I will have dinner

This place reminds me of places I used to go with my parents back in the 70s. Rich in detail and comfort, we found this place to be a classy experience without pretension. One starts the visit by having your car valet parked for free(!) Dining partner and I both ordered a steak and seafood plate and to be frank,... More

Nice restaurant. Good service, attentive and helpful without being overbearing or intimidating. My sister and I ate there and neither of us are big eaters so we asked if we could share an entrée and they were only too willing to accommodate us. The décor is classic steakhouse, lots of wood and comfortable. Will go back again.

We were celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday, Service excellent, food outstanding. They paid special attention to our daughter. Birthday dessert (on the house) was unforgettable. We didn't know about the free valet parking. Use it!

A friend recommended this restaurant. We chose to have our anniversary dinner here on our trip to Seattle. It was amazing. The service, the food, the drinks were all wonderful and exceeded expectations.

I liked the location being right across from our hotel. I do find Capital Grille to be sightly pricey for what they offer. I did have a fantastic salmon that was worth every penny, but I am not sure that there is truly a cut of meat worth what my husband paid. All in all, a great meal to round... More

Brooke helped us celebrate and had complimentary dessert and champagne sent to the table. Humberto was our waiter, he was very pleasant, and his service was on point. Food was nicely timed, no rushing. What is so very nice is that they ask prior to service if you are trying to meet a timeline such as theater or show. Very considerate!

We celebrated our anniversary after a long day of sight-seeing in Seattle and the restaurant took us in and made us feel special. Especially our waitress, Andrea Mills, who really took care of us. Great food and wonderful place to be.
