We had a wonderful lunch of dungeness crab/lobster burger and Maine Lobster Roll with the best truffle fires. The ambience was great and the service top notch! It was very busy but this restaurant knows how to staff and deliver great service. We can't wait to return for dinner.

What a lovely surprise from my husband for our anniversary! It was a first visit for both of us and we couldn't be more pleased. We utilized the complimentary valet, staffed by some really polite young men, then were shown to our table by Nick who, I believe was the owner/Manager...who congratulated us on our special celebration, decorated our table... This was the second time this year I've eaten here, and both times I've been blown away by both the service and quality of the food. They have a great selection of in-house cuts which are some of the best steak i've ever had. The waiters are attentive and knowledgable and give you a good explanation of the dishes on... More

Capital Grille is a must visit in Seattle. Service was excellent and the food was excellent. We had our kids with us, ages 8 and 5 and was a little nervous taking them into a restaurant like this. The chef even let them go back in the kitchen and watch their food get plated. We can rave enough about this... More

Capital Grille is my daughter's favorite restaurant so my husband and I decided to dine there on our recent trip to Seattle. It was by far our favorite meal in Seattle - we just couldn't connect with any other restaurants for a good meal while there. Although we enjoyed our steaks, we couldn't help but compare it with Ruth's Chris,... More

Our group of 3 each enjoyed a mouthwatering steak, great sides and absolutely yummy coconut cream pie. Service was excellent as always at all Capital Grilles.

The large painting of Jimi Hendrix in the lobby immediately endeared the Capital Grille to me. Seems that it is frequented by Jimi's sister who keeps some of her favourite wines here. As luck would have it they also serve one of my favourite New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs here too. The food was really nice and the service exceptional. Wish... More

The wait staff was unorganized and running in circles. Regarding our food, we were a party of 6 and three of our entrees were sent back. The fish was overcooked and the steak was undercooked. To try to make it better, they served us bananas foster, that was the best part of the meal. So sad, because this was highly... More

Having enjoyed Capitol grille in phoenix thought we would try this for lunch. I think they did not expect customers. Understaffed. Food overlooked. No service. Can't recommend

We had the small private dining room to celebrate a milestone family birthday. Overall, the dinner was disappointing. Some food was fantastic - prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, some was really bad - chopped salad. The service bordered on 'hovering'. The room's ambience was Old World, nice. Valet parking for free - nice. But, bottom line - a return visit? Not likely.... More
