Eating too much is easy to do

I didn't know that this was a critic's choice until I began to write this review. I can see that guy from Man vs Food liking it but I am not sure what the other food critics see in this place. I'm not exactly sure why people go crazy over this place. Their burgers are overly complicated when all I want is a regular burger with maybe some mustard on it. A coworker and I often go here because it's ridiculously close to work, and she gets sick every single time. I tend to have a bit of indigestion after a... More

Burgers are just average at best. Didn't feel that it was anything extraordinary or superb. Mac and cheese was bland. The food was good "bar food" but fell short of the other Trip Advisor's critics. Service was fair, portions good but overall an average burger joint.

I consider myself somewhat of a burger snob every since college, I had a burger in the midwest in the town of Lawrence Kansas that I measure all burgers against and had yet to find one that rivaled that quality midwest beef, until I ate here! THEY ARE ALLL AMAZING and paired with a milkshake - boom perfect lunch anytime... More

We ate here in mid-afternoon and it was still busy. It's a little hard to find but worth the hunt. We ordered the Dork (duck and pork) sandwich which was delicious. It was served with homemade potato chips. We also ordered a Drunken Elvis shake and a Maple Bacon shake (both with a test tube of alcohol). The drinks were... More

We went because we are nerdy and wanted to drink soda out of beakers, so our waiter obliged us (as they really only do alcohol from beakers now). The root beer float with alcohol was pretty yummy too. We had a great time. Cant remember his name, but he got $25 tip from selling 3 burgers and drinks. We laughed... More

Let's start with the good - the milkshakes this place does are the most magnificent shakes I have ever tasted. Period. The burgers used be excellent too - about a year ago. Ever since then, I have noticed a considerable decline in size and visual appeal of the served burgers. The quality of the food too. I used to come... More

Stayed in the area for medical treatment and eat at this place several times. Food was just fantastic...really. While the price of the food will check your pocketbook it is worth the price for great service and great HOT FRESH food. Highly recommended.

I liked that this was only a block from where I was staying. I ended up ordering the Dork, a burger patty made up of duck and pork. I also ended up ordering a local brew, both were rather nice. I would come back here again, just for the Dork.

We had lunch there and had burgers and milkshakes. Both were wonderful In fact, that evening, we ordered a takeout of their delicious mac n' cheese as well as two more milkshakes. The staff was friendly and served without a hitch.
