THE Burger, really...really!!! Wow!!

The best blue cheese burger I've ever had and I've tried these burgers every place I go. The only other blue cheese burger that comes close is Chubby's Bronx deli in El Paso Texas. The pumpkin soup was delicious the chicharones with the buffalo sauce were great the cranberry chicken salad sandwich... read more

Parking is a challenge however the Fried Chicken is worth it, great service in an safe area, staff friendly and attentive, but not a lot of room between tables. Stay away of the roasted carrots - apart from that all is good if you like to drink out of pickle jars!!!!

skillet is a great food truck. The food is made fresh on the grill.I had ordered a hamburger for nine dollars, and a soda for one dollar.I honestly think it was worth it.The hamburger consisted of toasted buttered buns, a warm flavorful beef bun, freshly cut lettuce, two sliced pickles, and best of all, their own secret sauce.I had enjoyed every... We were at the location on Capitol Hill for a Saturday breakfast. This is not your typical breakfast menu. Hubby had biscuits and gravy; gravy was a thyme gravy, different and tasty. I had corned beef hash...unconstructed is what I believe it was called on the menu. Roasted root vegetables, tender, moist corned beef topped with poached eggs. It may... More

I just had breakfast/brunch at skillet in Ballard with my girl friend. (open at 10 am). It was delicious and the portions are big. We shared the corn waffle ... and the kale caesar salad... With a side of fried chicken... The service is really nice and fast... We will come back!

This is a nice restaurant, the gourmet style. Professional staff improve the feeling of an upscale restaurant, but all this come for a price.

Found it in the Armory by the Space Needle. The food was quite excellent, my wife loved her grilled cheese, said it was on of the best she'd ever had. The only bad part was the price, which for burgers and sandwiches, was really steep.

I read reviews on TripAdvisor and decided we would try to have lunch at Skillet. The only problem is that even on the website, it doesn't state that the location is INSIDE the Armory by the Space Needle. We walked trying to find the location that the website gave: 1st and Harrison. When we finally gave up we returned to... More

My wife had the Grilled Cheese with bacon jam, and I had the hamburger. These labels don't begin to describe how good both sandwiches were. The bacon jam is just another example of how bacon make anything better.

We went into the huge hall behind the Space Needle looking for a place for lunch. We wound up at Skillet. The burgers were unlike any other I had ever seen. Onions, and cheeses of every type. You order and go behind the counter to pick up your food when they call your name. It's too crazy and darn good... More
