This is a nice restaurant, the gourmet style. Professional staff improve the feeling of an upscale restaurant, but all this come for a price.

Found it in the Armory by the Space Needle. The food was quite excellent, my wife loved her grilled cheese, said it was on of the best she'd ever had. The only bad part was the price, which for burgers and sandwiches, was really steep.

I read reviews on TripAdvisor and decided we would try to have lunch at Skillet. The only problem is that even on the website, it doesn't state that the location is INSIDE the Armory by the Space Needle. We walked trying to find the location that the website gave: 1st and Harrison. When we finally gave up we returned to... More

My wife had the Grilled Cheese with bacon jam, and I had the hamburger. These labels don't begin to describe how good both sandwiches were. The bacon jam is just another example of how bacon make anything better.

We went into the huge hall behind the Space Needle looking for a place for lunch. We wound up at Skillet. The burgers were unlike any other I had ever seen. Onions, and cheeses of every type. You order and go behind the counter to pick up your food when they call your name. It's too crazy and darn good... More

The burger is downright amazing. Brioche bun, creamy blue cheese, bacon jam, yes....bacon jam! Every food we have had here is top notch. The Fried chicken and waffles are also great, with spices that you don't expect but that really work well. The fries are not to be missed as well. To top it off they also have great cocktails... Recently ran into the truck while visiting Two Beers Brewing on my recent trip to Seattle. I had a burger and the poutine...it was delicious. I'd highly recommend it.

Before checking this truck out, we went to the Skillet Diner for brunch. After having their delicious brunch, we couldn't wait for the truck to arrive. Make sure you check when the truck is in your area. For downtown Seattle, it's Thursdays, but double-check their website. My husband had the Burger with frieda and I had the Basic. Thought about... Enjoyed an evening with my wife's parents and another couple at the Skillet Diner. Overall, the experience was fun and enjoyable. The food is essentially American featuring unique interpretations of classic dishes and cocktails. We enjoyed a roasted beet side dish that was great. My wife had a chicken ceasar salad with kale instead of romaine that she's trying to... More
