A Place you go to for your weekend brunch

Make sure you arrive here with the entire group or else they will not seat you...especially on weekends. I had the French toast with a Duck by the side. It was served with candied Pecans, Dried Blue berries and maple syrup. The portions are so french (small) but tasty. It kind of gets a lil noisy... read more

The food here is good, but the portions are pretty small for what you get. It really makes you yearn for more. That could be their point though...? There was no wait on the Sunday morning my friend and I came in. The restaurant is not too small but not big either. There's a mirror on one side that gives... More

This cafe felt very european, as was the taste of the coffee, and the inclusion of musli & yogurt on the menu. The entrees, while tasty, were a bit pricey.

Laid back and unpretentious, this cafe has a small but interesting menu and they serve delicious cocktails. They also make amazing coffee and have a nice line in pastries. The friendly staff are the best and made me feel right at home on the occasions I was a solo diner. They also play great music. I can't wait to return!

I was delightfully surprised by Cafe Pettirosso. I scoured all the regular food websites for a dinner spot that was unhurried, unpretentious but with yummy goodness fit for my birthday dinner. And, oh, did I mention that our 4 year old would be accompanying us? CP absolutely fit the bill. And sorry, Capitol Hill, Ballard, SLU and Frelard, but that... More

This is a good place to start your day! Well, by now hopefully the construction of the next door building is over so you can really start a goo day here. I had the French country breakfast which was cooked in the way like beef Bourguignon, plus a poached egg on top of it. Check the photo I post here.... More

The food was very good and the service exceptional. We had the stuffed brioche french toast with orange ricotta and brisket with duck egg and potato hash. The macchiato and latte were capital and visually appealing. We were too full to try the delectable looking desserts in the pastry case--next time!

This place has offered us (group of 8) an unforgettable dining experience. The ambience, the food, and the service are all in synch and superb with a family-style personal touch. Don't let the name or curb-appeal preventing you from experience this truly-eclectic style of special gem. Besides the tasty menu, one of the owners (Yuki-san) is the most lovely person.... More

I love what the new owners have done with this place. Thought I was going to miss the cute lil cafe that it once was, but now that I've experienced the swap I'm in love. The space is not too small, not too big. The food coming out the kitchen is delicious!! I had the bolito misto, YUMMM! The price... More

This is a cute cafe with a touch of elegance. I went to the cafe for a quick dinner and ended up with the baked chicken smothered in huge cloves of garlic on a bed of whipped potatoes. The service was great and the atmosphere laid back and yet warm and inviting. I didn't try a dessert but they looked... More
