We were on a northbound Alaskan cruise and Skagway was our last port before ending. I was pleasantly surprised when my partner suggested we forget the cruise dinner and try this restaurant, He had heard great commentary from a couple of locals and did not want to pass it up. Well, now that we have returned, we have agreed that... More

We were visiting Skagway on a cruise and asked our tour guide where we should go to find great seafood. She recommended The Skagway Fish Company and we are so glad that she did. The food was beyond fabulous and very reasonably priced. My kids all chose the clam chowder which was some of the best chowder we've ever had.... More

This is a crusie ship port in the summer months, something some might say is the blight of the town! However, the Skagway Fish Company restaurant is clearly one of the town's highlights. This really is an excellent harbour side fish restaurant. It is preferable to get an evening reservation if at all possible, although the high quality of the... More

Our RV tour stayed nearby and the tour operator recommended the Skagway Fish Company. We went as a group of 10 without reservations, and they were able to accommodate us! Everyone ordered something different, and each meal was excellent. I had the Halibut Fish and Chips and it was very good!! We also had the sushi - fantastic!!! I highly... More

We ate dinner here because we asked a local where to find the best seafood and this was one of the places she recommended. My husband ordered the stuffed halibut and I had the shrimp and chips. Unfortunately our food took a really long time because there was a big order ahead of us. But the waitress brought us a... More

I ate the most delicious Alaskan king crab legs at the Skagway Fish Company. I asked a local where to eat while shopping in Skagway, and he recommended this restaurant. I had eaten them the day before at a restaurant in Juneau, and they were good, but not as good. I highly recommend eating here.

After a few days of buffet and cruise ship food, my parents and I were ready for food off the boat. Taking a quick look in yelp for some Alaskan crab legs and I found the Skagway Fish Company. It looks quite a bit different from pictures here because it burnt down last year and was rebuilt. I was concerned... More

The closest restaurant to where our cruise ship docked. But what a delightful experience. The service was so friendly. The prices were reasonable. The dining room was busy, with families, couples, and singles. Nautical décor. We ordered salmon and King Crab; and found both beautifully prepared. This is not just a tourist spot. The daily special was filet (tenderloin). I... More

We visited here whilst on an Alaskan cruise. We had King crab legs for our main lunch and was telling the waiter how good they were. He said "you haven't tried the Crab bisque, that's good!". So we thought, what the heck, let's squeeze a bowl in. Well, we can honestly say it's the best bisque of any kind we... More

On a freezing rainy day it was a joy to sit in this cosy restaurant and scoff fresh seafood. We shared 4 dishes, some better than others. The halibut with chips was predictably good, with lots of texture and so sweet. The clam chowder featured little chunks of seafood and was creamy without too much salt. My peel-and-eat shrimp were...
