By far order the pizza. We actually ate there twice. The first night we ordered nachos... I'd pass. But the pizza looked so good that we came back the second night for it. And it was good. It was expensive though. We had a cheese pie with Italian sausage. We ordered the medium, which was plenty for the both of... more

Christo's pizza was GREAT! Well worth the wait. It was a pleasant atmosphere and we didn't mind the wait at all. The server kept us well informed about our order. We'd definitely recomment the pizza. If we're blessed enough to return to Seward we'd put Christo's on the top of our list of places to eat!!!!! more

The slow and poor service at Christo's appears to be a consistent problem. We just went last night and there weren't that many customers in the restaurant; yet for some reason, it took 40 minutes before any food appeared on the table, and I had to go to the bar to get my own refills of sodas because waiting for... more

Truth be told, our server did warn us that the pizza was taking an hour that night. It was a little quicker then that (about 40 minutes). We thought we'd order the bruschetta to start so we weren't starving... and it showed up 40 minutes later with the pizza! Our server was very apologetic. Thank goodness it was all pretty... more

My family visited Christo's Palace after a recommendation from our B&B. However, we found it to be very disappointing. The service was incredibly slow in finding us a seat even though the restaurant was not full. We were moved from one table to another and finally had our chance to order. Our drinks didn't arrive until we received our meals... more

My husband and I loved the food taste and presentation; however, the service was slow. There were full tables and two waiters and one bartendar. we waited 5+ minutes before we received our water and 10+minutes before we gave our order. Ten minutes later we receive our dinner salad and it was great salad. We really loved the taste of... more

We ate at Christo's at the end of March, before tourist season opened up and it may have effected our experience. When we got there there were only two parties in the place and both were locals. The service was good but the meals were disappointing. I had the Halibut Burger and the fish was about half the size of... more

This fun restaurant has interesting décor with wood paneled walls and a historical bar that fills the back of the place. The atmosphere is fun and casual and the food is an eclectic mix of tasty American foods. more

We live about an hour and a half drive from Seward, but often make the trip just to go have our favorite meal at Christo's Palace, the Mama Mia pizza. The are a lot of places to get pizza in Alaska, but this is our personal favorite, the crust, sauce, and toppings are all great! Christo's has a wonderful atmosphere,... more
