My wife and I had a great time at this restaurant. She had a great burger and I chose halibut with fries, which was also great. They have several draft beers and a large wine selection, but as I was driving I had an Alaskan Amber. Cheesecake was also very good. Service was very attentive, and the Bulgarian guy who... more

My husband and I both enjoyed the food - even though the descriptions sound fancy, it was still edible food. The rolls they brought before hand were very delicious and I would have enjoyed more. I had the chicken, there was more than plenty for me to eat enough and take some home. My husband had the halibut and fries... more

My husband and I visited R.R. after our wedding. I chose this location because it had a beautiful view and I was intruiged by the interesting menu. I guess it could be called "fancy" but I call it different. Many of the other places in town have the same old, same old seafood offereings. I loved my pasta meal and... more

The food was decent but the selection was small and the prices were high. Roadhouse typically implies a bar-type atmosphere, but this place was fairly upscale (for Seward). The staff was there when you needed them but they were not overly friendly. The food was not worth the price. more

This restaurant was recommended to me. The views are nice but that's as far as my compliments would go. The service was terrible - the waiter (River) was the worst. He screwed up the order, never came back to refresh our coffee...need I say more. It was so bad - that he did not even charge me for the full... more

Our dinner at the Resurrection Roadhouse was one of our favorites during our two week trip to Alaska. We loved everything about it. I just re-read some of the other/older TripAdvisor reviews describing mediocre food, and I wonder if there have been some recent changes in the kitchen, because the food was consistently excellent for the five of us in... more

We were expecting something a little more low key like the Exit Glacier Salmon Bake... I would have eaten there twice and skipped this place. Not that this place wasn't good... it was great, but it was expensive. I don't know if we were there at an off time, but the place was a ghost town for a Saturday night.... more

Do yourself a favor and stay away from the tourist traps of Seward and take a short drive to this restaurant, which by the way, wound up costing us less money. My Fiance and I drove down to Seward expecting to find some really good seafood restaurants. Boy were we disappointed. We were referred to the Chinook restaurant. The food... more

We had our best meal in Seward and probably all of Alaska at the Resurrection Roadhouse. The views were spectacular -- the restaurant has lots of tall windows facing snowy mountains, a river that flows from Exit Glacier, and beds of fireweed in the foreground. The menu is short but diversified, and included several great vegetarian options (a rare find... more

The Caribou Loin was good. The place is OK but a little pricy. more
