Stopped by the Railway Cantina for a late lunch after a day of hiking on the Exit Glacier and before hopping on the nearby Alaska Railroad train back to Anchorage. Had a couple delicious halibut tacos, washed down with a beer. Absolutely delicious! This is a great place in Seward for interesting Mexican food options at reasonable prices. The Cantina offers burritos, quesadillas, a few apps and deserts and everything is pretty much under $10. I love the blackend halibut burrito especially combined with the chipotle salsa. I love this place and will definitely go again and again! more

I hit this place every time I'm in Seward. Great food--the burritos feel like they are two pounds. Excellent variety on the menu, and fantastic preparation make this a MUST when in town. We drove by this restaurant when very hungry and looking for a deal on lunch. We met lots of locals there and enjoyed very large burritos with great flavor. There were several selections for salsa. The blackened halibut was spicy and nice! more
