This is a great choice for Kona. Budget friendly happy hour with food options being typical like sliders, tacos, nachos. The $4 mai-tai's are a steal, especially considering the oceanfront view. Every night there is live music and entertainment and the staff is very accommodating.

They always had live music and hula dancers. You are in the sand at your table and it all overlooks the ocean. Great place. We were there every night we were in Kona.

The location, right on the beach is awesome! The beer is typically over-priced like most places in Kona. When busy the service can be pretty slow - but the beach bar experience is worth it. Huggos on the Rocks is a place not to be missed when visiting the Big Island.

What a fun place for live music and drinks in an open air environment with an ocean view. Friendly staff and more. Just a tad crowded... standing room only.

We had breakfast - fair very simple food for breakfast. We also had lunch - burgers were great and the tacos were also very good. You sat in chairs with sand under your feel right on the water, great Hawaiian feel with sand and the ocean right in front of you.

Great tuna burger, teriyaki beef tacos, spare ribs and amazing chicken sandwich. Great music and hula dancer. Wonderful view of the ocean. Good weight staff.
