We were just walking around and found this place to eat, not only did it satisfy myself but my two kids couldn't get enough of the awesome food. We went there 3 times in 10 days, we loved the food. Service was a little slow but it was worth the wait. It is a must try if you are in... More

We ate here based on the reviews from tripadvisor. So glad we did! It was a little hard to find since it's tucked away in the back of the shopping/restaurant complex. But there was a local, authentic family atmosphere to the place. The sushi and sashimi was excellent, most of it being locally fresh-caught. The prices were better than we... More

Food was decent for Japanese restaurant. Flexibility and attitude of the staff make the difference over other local Japanese restaurant. More

This was a great little find. Sushi was presented beautifully and tasted awesome. Every thing super fresh. Lilikoi pie was a really nice way to finish the meal. We were in Kona for a week and ate here three times, food was consistently great. Must try Alii Roll and Kona roll. Really friendly staff too. More

Nice little place, small inside, open air, ok prices. Sushi is excellent. I had tuna sashimi, big fresh pieces, and the volcano roll (a+ for appearance, a- for taste). They have a good selection of non-sushi (actual Japanese) food too. Seemed like a good drink selection too but we were only there for food More

Great Japanese food, BUT I hate it when they charge for each soda refill! More

It's tucked out of the way, very small interior, no air conditioning, and was completely empty of customers... So I was hesitant about trying it. We ordered several rolls, the crazy roll being the best. Yakitori was excellent, volcano roll was good and the raw ahi tuna (which I never order but a friend did) was soooo good! It tasted... More

We came upon this convenient little restaurant on our family trip to Kona, Hawaii. Located in a small strip mall area on Alii Drive. Immediately upon walking inside, you are greeted by the smell of fresh fish and friendly staff eagerly awaiting to seat you. Wasabi's is a very small restaurant-- merely one room-- but it's worth the trip. There... More
