You have to come for breakfast

This place is amazing. Best Acai bowls I have ever had. Definitely plan to spend around $15 but worth it. Can sometimes get a line out the door, and rarely room to actually sit. But there is some grass nearby so if you have a blanket you can make it a picnic. Well worth it!

We went to Basik on a friends recommendation and it was amazing! The flavors and ingredients are delicious and even now, weeks after visiting, I am craving another one of their bowls. They are definitely very pricey but well worth it. Great place for if you''re on the go or need a quick refreshing breakfast. My wife and I went... More

Loved our acai bowls! Just what we needed after 23 hours of traveling. Super filling (I ordered the large) and chock full of the yummy stuff your body needs to get going. We even went back a second time and brought my dad. He loved it too!

What a great find! If you blink, you'll miss it. It's a little off the beaten path, unless you are staying at the Royal Kona Resort. I was there twice, it was so good. The place can get busy, and there really isn't any waiting area. Its located upstairs, above a snorkel shop. The must do a lot of business,... More

If you want something fresh, cool, refreshing, healthy, AND delicious, look no further! I could eat here all day everyday if I could! I loved it so much, that when I got back home to Arizona, I ordered supplies to make a similar treat. Arizona had nothing like this. Until next time, I will just dream about coming back!

We have been coming to Kona for several years and always pass by Basik Acai. Today we stopped in for their Puna Acai Bowl and it was fantastic! The small is large enough for 2 people. All bowls have the same Acai base and you pick the toppings you like. We went for the basic banana, blueberry and strawberry with... More

Tried a Banyan Bowl for an early breakfast. This consisted of acai, cashew milk, peanut butter, granola, banana, memp seed, crushed almonds and bee pollen honey. It tasted rich, but pleasant, was refreshing and a good start for the day, though possibly rather calorific. Very Good for a place with a limited selection of options

Unbelievable - cost would seem high until you taste their masterful creations. My wife and I had a bowl each and every day. Made me feel like a million bucks - I would have paid double for what I got here.

Got a small Waterman cause they ran out of papaya for Kilauea that was my first choice. My husband got a Banyan. They were both great choices. Small was enough and this was our lunch! Really fresh and delicious

Something new, a little expensive, but hey, the location is perfect. If you like fruit/smoothies for breakfast, then you'll love this place. Only open a few hours, and they stick to their hours. We got there a little early one morning, like two minutes til, but they told us they were not open yet. Come on! Not bad, give it... More
