We took 5,9,17 yr ols, and 5 adults, to here. The serivce was questionable at times ( we had to send search parties for our waitress), but the food was good. I would tell you to leave the kids at home, and go for drinks and atmosphere

The food was great. Pricing was also very reasonable. Fast service. The server was helpful in providing suggestions since we weren't locals. We had the Alehouse Halibut & Chips and North Shore Garlic Shrimp. The fish and shrimp was cooked to perfection and was very fresh. Great ocean front view with a casual dining experience. They asked for IDs before... More

Humpy's has the best bartender on the island. Tommy Worden is friendly, professional and always on top of it. I love their pepperoni pizza and onolicious fish and chips. The wait staff leaves a little to be desired, but the fantastic view makes up for it.

Humpty's Alehouse, which is located across the ocean, is a good place to spend an evening watching the sunset. There is a very good selection of beers, but the food is quite mediocre.

Went there with some friends and we waited over an hour for our food only for our waiter to not remember what we ordered and the kitchen never made it. No discount on the bill. We rarely go here because it always takes for ever to get what we ordered most of the time.

The food is great, for bar food. but don't just come for the food.. come for the amazingly fabulous view... if its near sunset bring your sunglasses. be prepared to want to take pictures. drinks are great, bartenders friendly, locals fun.

Really enjoyed a couple of hours at this lively pub on Kona's seafront drive. Great selection of beers on tap very many of them local to the Hawaian Islands. Honest, basic and very tasty pub grub , very good value ,4 of us had 2 courses and 3 rounds of drinks and the bill was a very reasonable $140. Friendly, cheerful service... More

We came for a late lunch, so at around 2 o'clock, it wasn't crowded at all. They have a ton of beer choices and decently-priced food. My husband had the halibut fish & chips, and I had the veggie pizza. The waiter was less than friendly and definitely did not have any "aloha" spirit. He tossed the menus down and... More

My wife enjoys eating fish & chips and she said that Humpy's had the best fish & chips she'd ever had.

My husband and I were in Kona with his family. We came to Humpy's several times to escape. We loved the open air seating. The beer list was fantastic (we are from Oregon so yes, we are beer snobs). We had lunch once and it was very good and reasonably priced.
