We saw our main server twice, (he seemed to be dealing with baby mama drama). He couldn't have cared less about never checking in on us or screwing up our orders. The food was average and the men's bathroom was locked shut, after asking them to open it they said it was already open...even though other customers were saying the... More

Our last few hours in Hawaii we visited and enjoyed an upstairs view of the sun setting on the water, happy tacos, beer, and friendly staff. It was Saturday happy hour and live music was enjoyed also. This has made it to our "visit again" list! We found the place through our United mileage plus program.

We grew up in Texas, so we know good Mexican food. We went here because the location had a great beach view. We were pleasantly surprised that the food wad great. Also had great local Hawaiian entertainer.

It's a bit of a different take on Mexican food... Not bad but you will never have to wait for a table...

Wasn't busy when we came in. Attempted to order with Chinese server who didn't speak much English, nor did she understood the Mexican food we wanted because she messed our order up. Very rude with a lot of attitude. Food was great when we got it straightened out and an hour after placing the order. How could you be so... More

Enjoyed some great mexican beer with excellent food at happy hour which starts about 3pm. Great oceanfront views and the day we were there the blues singer was the best. Enjoyed it so much we went back for dinner the following night.

La is the best bartender in Kona. Have a chimichanga, catch some legit ukulele, and watch the sunset after the best diving you'll ever experience.

My family and I ate here last night. It was by far some of the best Mexican food we have had. We are from California so needless to say we have a pretty good idea what Mexican food is all about. The chips they serve are home made (I noticed one of the reviewers was disappointed with "fried flour tortilla... More

Mexican isn't my favorite, so I tend to stick to basics. The service is friendly and meals are well presented and plenty to share. Fajita for two was just right.
