Service was great, they have great personalities, very attentive, food was very good, suggest the steak fajitas. Their salsa is the best in the Islands, defiantly glad we came here.

I don't expect much from a Mexican place in Hawaii, but I was delightfully surprised and impressed by Rosa's Cantina. Terrific Margaritas, fresh cooked tortilla chips, real made-from-scratch beans, and a ribeye steak that was as good as you will find. I had it Paniolo (Hawaiian Cowboy) style with an enchilada on top and ranchero sauce slathered over everything. Steak... More

The restaurant is just off the main road. There is parking in the rear of the restaurant. The restaurant is on the second floor. The restaurant has a full bar and feature different beers from all over the world. The menu is Latin America and some local dishes. We were seated promptly. Some of the dishes were better than other... More

Substandard food coupled with horrible service. "Hybrid" margarita which was neither on the rocks nor blended. And you know what, who cares? Another plane of tourists lands all the time. I looked at my server and 5 minutes later (middle of the day, few customers) she wanders over to see what we needed. Lots of other places to visit "on... More

Seriously could've gone to outback and would've got way better service & food. Walked in there were only three tables with guests eating, no menus upfront no water cups given at time of visit.. Literally had to get up and ask them to give us water!! The girl forgot to give us one of the first appetizers we had ordered!!... More

We saw our main server twice, (he seemed to be dealing with baby mama drama). He couldn't have cared less about never checking in on us or screwing up our orders. The food was average and the men's bathroom was locked shut, after asking them to open it they said it was already open...even though other customers were saying the... More

Our last few hours in Hawaii we visited and enjoyed an upstairs view of the sun setting on the water, happy tacos, beer, and friendly staff. It was Saturday happy hour and live music was enjoyed also. This has made it to our "visit again" list! We found the place through our United mileage plus program.

We grew up in Texas, so we know good Mexican food. We went here because the location had a great beach view. We were pleasantly surprised that the food wad great. Also had great local Hawaiian entertainer.
