Really quite good; great price!

Pleasant surprise! Basic Thai appetizers done well. Excellent fried rice (but their medium hot is pretty hot). Tapioca dessert great finisher. Nice ambiance. Great price.

I'm sorry but I have to write this review. I was shocked beyond belief. We ordered food to go (around 5 different dishes) and all were shocking. Bland, tasteless and the noodles even had a bad odor. The dough was too thick which made it still uncooked. The special curry was just watery as if it was a broth and... More

First of all I'd like to say that I ate at Krua last year and really enjoyed it so was eager to go back again this year. The waitresses are very sweet and helpful. We ordered three dishes. The red curry with duck, pineapple and vegetables was the best - very tasty though the duck was a little bit tough.... More

After flying all morning and spending far too long getting a rental car, we were desperate for anywhere to eat for lunch. Unfortunately for us, we were traveling on New Year's Eve... and most places were closed. Krua was a gem to find. Their pot stickers, in particular, were delicious, although the main dishes we ordered (a crab fried rice... More

I am a Thai food fanatic, and though I've tried many dishes I always love a good Pad Thai ;) My hubs and I were staying at the Holiday Inn across the street and wanted some Thai takeout so we walked over to this place. There was plenty of free parking in their lot. My husband ordered a krua chicken... More

We ordered lunch special. Chicken satay, and a Panang curry. Both delicious, although the Panang curry lacked enough vegetables. Next time would request extra veggies

Took our visiting relatives here for dinner before leaving the island. We all enjoyed our entrees of Lard Nar, Pad See-Ew and Curry. I can't believe I didn't eat here sooner. I am very picky about my Lard Nar and this one was a winner. We will definitely be back real soon.

We went to two spots before we stopped here because the other two were closed. After our east side trip, we were hungry and wanted some Asian food. Even though it was close to closing time, they seated us without any issue and took our order in a timely manner. Food came out fairly quick and it was probably one... More

Have been to Krua many times over the past 14 years while visiting Kailua Kona. Very good Thai food, best in area, located off Kuakini HWY a block away from Ali'i drive which is along the bay. There is a Starbucks just across their parking lot. Nice dining spot away from the more touristy Ali'i drive.

Not bad. Good but not over the top type good. Prices were good. $36 for two with appetizer and 1 soda. I'd go again but not craving it. Nice atmosphere.
