more texture than taste

We wanted some drive thru tacos and pulled thru Santana's. The server was quite amicable but the food could not have been more bland. Looked spicy but was completely without any distinguishing flavor. Was very crunchy tho.

Our family of 5 stopped after visiting Joshua Tree for the day. My husband and I ordered cheese enchiladas. The cheese was not melted inside. But the grossest thing was eating part of the melted plastic plate in a bite! Plastic plates can not be microwaved or put in an oven! They knew they burned through the plate because it... More

staff recommended the fish tacos -and they were FANTASTIC. Maybe the hiking I did that day, maybe the jet lag or maybe…just maybe the food is that good. I also ordered regular tacos -….the fish tacos were the ticket Servings goos and even took some on my hike the next morning to 49 palms oasis -which was the best place... More

The building was nice and was clean, it was just I was expecting one thing and got something different. The service was ok, and I will try it again sometime.

If you live in California or Texas, you've probably had some pretty good Mexican food. Which means if you eat at this place, you're going to know it's terrible! The people who work there are nice and the prices are very low, but the food is barely edible. The people I was with thought it was okay but they weren't... More

Great food and too much of it. Great beans and rice. I had #16. I recommend the chili relleno. My chicken burrito

This is a fast food place, not a fancy restaurant. That said, their food was very good. I ordered taquitos with rice and beans and they were the best taquitos I ever had. I ended up coming here 3 days in a row for their taquitos. And the prices were very reasonable.

This was one of the largest Santana's I have visited. The menu is huge. Food was well prepared and quickly. A lot of military frequenting the restaurant.

Okay, so this isn't exactly 5 star, but it's good. It's fast, convenient and it'll fill you up. I've gone there a few times and i think it's ok.

This is the perfect 24 hour horrible Mexican place. Don't get me wrong, I love this kind of place. It's the kind of place where the more you've been drinking, the better it tastes. I'm not endorsing drinking and driving. Instead, make a safe plan, and have part of that plan consist of the designated driver going through the 24... More
