We sat outdoors on the pool patio, while misters cooled the air, the sun set and the waiter brought us wine. Both the service and the food were exceptional. Indoor seating is available, but why would you do that on a beautiful California evening!?!

Great food, fabulous atmosphere, wonderful people. A must stop while touring the Mojave Desert or perfect place for locals to relax

I have been to 29 Palme Inn more times than I can count. It is hands down my favorite restaurant in the area. Have been there for girl's lunch, date night, brunch, and even large events. The food is delicious. Smaller menu but a good variety and love the daily specials. The soups are awesome and Oasis salad dressing is... More

The last time we ate here was ten years ago. It was good then and even better now. We have never had the opportunity to have dinner here - only lunch, and it is sooo good. This time we had the hamburger with mushrooms. I told the server that it was the best burger I have ever had, and I... More

Recommended by a local resident I was delighted by the food quality. Arriving via a dirt track at night was rather ominous but once we entered the venue which had live music playing we were greeted by friendly staff and guests alike. Considering the restaurant was full the service was still quicker than most places I have ever been, whether... More

Don't be put off when you walk into the pool area to get to the entrance to the restaurant! My husband and I were a little nervous at first but as soon as we walked into the cozy dining room we were at ease. The service here was spot on, our waiter didn't miss a beat. The food was top... More

Belgian family touring 3 weeks in SW-USA. This was certainly one of our best meals : fresh and healthy products & still reasonably priced food & wine. Congratulations to the chef !

2 families and a friend stayed at the 29 palms inn for 2 nights. From check in to check out we had a fantastic experience. The rooms were 3 Adobes at the end of the property. Small but clean functional and most importantly air conditioned with an enclosed yard that you could sit out at night and watch the stars..... More

This is a small restaurant by the pool and it is apparently loved by many in the area. We could see lots of regular diners came by for their meal. We had steak, fish, ribs and their signature clams pasta. Excellent choice and it cost us about US100 for the meal (without drinks).

In an area without a lot of intriguing culinary options, the restaurant at 29 Palms Inn delivered fresh, delicious food with excellent flavors. It is within the context of its location that this restaurant merits an excellent rating, though I don't want this qualification to discount the fact that they do genuinely deserve a high rating for providing reasonably priced,...
