This is one of the best BBQ places in which I've eaten. It is also a testimony to the value of Tripadvisor, as the restaurant would not attract passerby business unless you already knew the reviews. Almost we had was excellent. The pulled pork sandwich was the best I've had at a restaurant. The coleslaw is homemade and very flavorful.... More

We went to this place with high expectations having read the Trip Advisor reviews and were hoping for some good American cooking. We walked into a half empty restaurant and were unsure of whether we needed to be seated or should ask the waitress. The waitress just point blank ignored us, even though we were clearly unsure of where to... More

Small place probably would not stop without the hotel staff raving about this. Good service, delicious food, friendly staff.

I ate here while in the area sightseeing. Like most all of the restaurants in Twentynine palms, The Rib Co is a small restaurant with great service and just plain good food. I had the ribs--they were very tasty and tender. My server was very friendly and efficient. This was the perfect evening after a day of hiking and sightseeing... More

Another hidden treasure in 29 Palms! Amazing food, cute spot, and our serve was such a charm! I had the pulled pork sandwich, which was to die for! And my husband had the baby back ribs. We will be back for sure!

Some don't need to be long: they stuffed you with food, all of it good. Very friendly service and priced right. Don't be put off by the modest exterior, this is a bar-b-que place after all, not the Ritz. If you like ribs, don't miss this place. Hint: unless you are very very hungry, the half slab will be enough

The rib plate was huge, and so were the starters. The jalapeno peppers were amazing. The tacos with the spinach guacamole dip was good but it was so big it would have been enough for 4 people, not for one as a starter. The owner was very friendly. Loved this place!

The food, service, and ambiance reminded me of some of my best dining experiences in Louisiana, Mississippi, & Alabama. Everything was simple yet beyond yummy. Even the left-overs,which virtually everyone took home with them were to die for. Everything we tried was simply scruptuous. The prices seemed more than fair for the fare, as well.
