Really nice place - especially for larger groups

We happened upon this place by accident for lunch and were impressed so we came back for dinner...twice. There are two parts to this place, the more authentic Austrian looking bit and another which feels like a café. The larger groups sit in the café which isn't bad once there are a few other... read more

When asked how we would like our steak we were also informed medium rare is not an option and you can only choose rare medium or well done. When asking the staff what they would recommend, we were told it's not a good... More

We went to the restaurant two days in a row, the main courses were absolutely delicious - the steaks almost melted in your mouth and the fries/wedges were addictive too.

This restaurant is actually called Steakhouse and Does exactly what it says on the tin! Looked at this restaurant twice and all we saw was the €119 steak and we thought 'no way!' but actually when we looked properly the other dishes they offered were very reasonable so we went in and had the fillet steak with salad and chips.... If you fancy a delicious steak then look no further than Cafe Tirol, absolutely delicious. Unlimited salad bar included, which was brilliant.

Food quality and value for money are excellent, don't be put off by the high surf and turf prices outside. The menu has plenty of Tyrolean treats and an excellent range of good steaks. Good local wine by the glass at very reasonable prices as well. The only downer for us was the service from the head waitress / maybe... More

Looks lovely from the outside, I stopped here a few times for gluhwiens during the day, service nice and friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean and the salad bar and cakes look good. Went here for one evening meal with family, hubby had the salmon fillet which he said was lovely, I opted for a nice steak, it was... More

Coffee and Kuchen, what this place was made for. Enjoy this local dish which is not for the faint hearted. But lovely. I had strudel instead of a main meal and that worked for me.
