We ate here for 11 nights in June as part of our 'half board' package. As veggies we were concerned as it was a steakhouse, but there was plently of choice for us. We enjoyed all of the food trying a number of different dishes.

We sat out the back of the cafe on a veranda, as the world cup was on. The view over the mountain was lovely as was the food. I had suckling pig and it melted in my mouth. Service was attentive but not pushy, the prices very reasonable. Their coffee is also good!

Being on a holiday in Hart for 2 weeks, we obviously had enough time to do some sightseeing. We visited Mayrhofen in our first week and decided to have lunch in Cafe Tirol. It wasn't too busy and we were promptly served. The prices were correct for this area and the food was good enough. Because we liked the village... More

A lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere and MOST of the staff were great. A group of us had been to this restaurant several times. Had lovely meals although pricey until our last day we had ordered two fillet steaks which must of been a bad batch of meat. They were both fatty and chewy and we could not eat... More

We had dinner here 2 times and the food was awesome both times ... At first it might seem pricey if you check the steaks menu, but they are worth it... Also we tried some other dishes that were not at all expensive, but really tasty... Try the frittanesuppe and the Transitional spinach pasta dish (cannot recall the exact name)!... More

Had a great time in this friendly comfortable restaurant. Four of us had dinner here and were not at all disappointed. Although described as a steak house one of us had a fish dish and it was fantastic with a variety of fish and veggies. Best value was what is described as roast beef with onion gravy on the menu... Very nice traditional local food. The atmosphere is slightly 'manufactured' for tourists, but it's still a very nice place to go

Decided to have a special meal as a change from our hotel food in the Hotel Strass. We shared a tomato bruschetta which was really good and plenty for two. Kindly served on two separate plates for us. Chateaubriand was served with a selection of vegetables , dauphinoise, rosemary potatoes and chips plus three different sauces- mushroom, peppercorn and Bernaise,... More

This had to be the worst place we ate at. After being seated we had to wait nearly 15 mins before anyone even came to see if we needed drinks. These then took forever again to actually come to the table. About half hour after first arriving we were eventually asked our food orders, which were taken and then our... More
