Wanted to go here for dinner as we heard the views were spectacular...we never found out....difficult to find, terrible dirt road...we turned around and never found the place.

This place is small, and you need a reservation because they dedicate the tables to the guests who are staying there. As far as Italian food goes, I have had much, much better than this. The prices are expensive and just not worth the drive down the horrific roads that lead to it. The wear and tear on my car... More

Oh, the food is good, but the service is so slow, it's unbearable. And with about six tables, this is really crazy. Been there twice in the past three months. It's not the hassle with such a long wait.

This is a restaurant with a view. Must make reservation because hotel guests get first seating. Good food and great service. It's an adventure getting there because of the road but it's worth the trip even if you don't like the food the view on a full moon night is worth it. Will dine here again.

The food was very good and creative. Breakfast was included and it included wonderful, fresh fruit and usually an egg dish. The dinner menu was different every night and the choices were creative and full of flavor

Food is good, but always the same choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Staff is VERY friendly! Cook will try to do what he/she can to "tailor" your order.

the old rustic colorful buildings overviewing the sea are still fabulous. the new buildings in the back turn it to a regular hotel. I really prefer the older style

We ate here our first night in Los Destiladeros. The food was good, the wine was pretty good too. The staff here is funny. When we arrived without a reservation, for dinner, they were extremely hesitant and said they were full (though there were plenty of open tables). They finally agreed to seat us, but the restaurant never filled up...... More

We tried to call for a reservation, phone was out. We went anyway, a scary trip over a terrible "washed out" gravel road. Once we got there, we were met by a manager who told us the entire dining room was reserved by a wedding party and that we had to leave. That's the bad part, now for the good... More

The setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean was pleasant. The waiter was knowledgable about the food and area. We were not that impressed. Maybe we expected too much from the previous reviews.
