I ate there the three mornings I was in Custer. Great breakfast specials and a very good cup of coffee. The prices can't be beat!

Had good Buffalo Chilli with their weak coffee. Have had breakfast here also but Our Place is cheaper and as good food. Bakery cost more but has better food for breakfast.

I can't recall ever being at a restaurant where the staff seemed to love their work so much. Happy, funny and very attentive people. And yes, the food was great, too.

For the third year in a row, we were visiting the area for the Buffalo Roundup and Crazy Horse Volksmarch. We make a point of eating breakfast (at least once) at the Wrangler. This year, they were short staffed and very busy, which made for a very disappointing visit. Details aren't important as the list would be too long. Hopefully,... More

Hubby & I stopped for breakfast on way out of town last week. Breakfast was wonderful. Generous servings and everything served hot (temperature wise). Service was fast and efficient. Highly recommend and would return.

Senior pancake breakfast was very good. Senior egg with ham was ok. Place is for sale, so not sure if that had something to do with the lackluster staff.

Hate to give a bad review but we ate there twice. Lunch was so so. Breakfast was not acceptable. My husband's scrambled eggs looked like they had ironed them and both our hash browns were cold. Save your money.

We stop in at the Wrangler every time we visit Custer. The food is good. The portions will not leave you wishing for more. The For Sale sign on the billboard is discouraging because we hope nothing changes with the future new owners. Good food and good prices keep us returning. There is plenty of RV parking one block to... More

We ate breakfast here the 4 days we were in Custer. Reasonable for the amount of food you get. When they say "gigantic" pancake, believe it! More that I could eat. Staff are very friendly & service is quick. If you are staying at Chief Motel, it is just a short walk to Wrangler Café.
