Enjoyable Home Brew and Sausage Meals

Supper and home brew beverages and a great waitress who loved to listen to us talk. We ate the specialty of their home sausages. Yummy. Had a great visit here. If we'd arrived back to Custer early enough and had time to sit at our leisure to fully enjoy, we'd have gone here again.

We stopped here for lunch. Great variety of sausages on their menu as well as other comfort-style foods, but it doesn't feel like formula food. There is also house brewed beer available and its good. Definitely worth a stop if you are in town.

This is the same place as Sage Creek Grille, where they brew the beer their own and make their own sausages. It's a great place with good food at a reasonable price. We had dinner here, and lunch, and went back one night for a take out dessert (a very different Bread Pudding). The cook adds a wonderful twist to... More

Stick to the beer. Decent variety, some brewed on-site. The St Louis brewed Pilsner was quite good as were some of the home brews. Unfortunately, the availability of certain ones varied from day to day (yes, we did stop here more than once). On our last visit we decided to partake of some of the food that was offered on... We went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I'm not very fond of beer, but enjoyed their home crafted Belgium Beer, tasted like beer we had in Belgium. The sausages were excellent, again reminded us of being in Europe. They were very fresh and no salty. The bread pudding was to die for. Staff was very friendly and fast. Being... More

The place is average when it comes to service and food both. Nothing really special here. The wait staff seemed a bit timid. The food came out of the kitchen fast and was good.

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich to go. Small amount of meat on a dried out bun but that was actually good because the pork was so over cooked you didn't want to see more on the bun. Obviously had been cooked days before and reheated several times. Threw it away. I had had the same sandwich several months before and... More

The food was awful, limited choice and so expensive. My daughter's burger bun tasted like it had been blasted out of crazy horse. Sausages were nice but nothing of substance to go with them just a few kettle chips that did not taste homemade. The server was nice but kept apologizing that the food was taking so long as it... We didn't love it and didn't hate it. We had bake potato nachos. They were mostly kettle chips with very little other fixins. Needed lots more cheese and sour cream sauce. We tried the bread pudding- it was good but was more like a coffee cake. The bread was not soft and it needed a lot more sauce. It took... More
