We were wandering around the French Market and I saw this place, and mentioned to my husband that everyone recommends their margaritas, so we stopped in. I had the pineapple cilantro - it was yummy, but nothing terribly special. The hubs had a Blood of the Devil, which was spicy and quite intersting. If you're walking by stop in, but... More

Recommended by a tour guide, we Texans desperately needed a Mexican food fix. We weren't disappointed. Our guide recommended the Buffalo meat enchiladas. However, our waitress informed us that there was nothing of the kind on the menu. However, she suggested that we order the 3-cheese enchiladas and add-on the buffalo meat. Wonderful! The buffalo meat is leaner and maybe... More

Very small place so there will be a wait. Homemade chips, good margaritas, great appetizers. We had some kind of stuffed pepper that was delicious.

I came here as I read online they offer GF options. We came here twice, once we meant to come here, the other day we got stuck in a rainstorm on our way elsewhere and so we detoured to here as it was closer. First off, we found the portion sizes to be large. Ask your waiter to help you... More

This place was recommended to us for awesome mexican food. It's down by the French Market so we went here for lunch. Boy, was it an awesome meal! We did over stuff ourselves, but the food was so good, we couldn't help it! The server was very attentive too. Restaurant is small but they keep things moving without rushing you... More

Pineapple cilantro margarita was great. Never had one like it before. A must if you go there. Steak fajitas were great. Also got the appetizer platter, included a great tamale. Broad menu, much more than listed online. Great change of pace from Cajun food. Definitely worth the visit.

Boyfriend and I had just arrived in the French Quarter and were searching for a quick lunch. After walking from Canal/Bourbon, we were hot and wanted to find somewhere to eat fast--that wasn't typical NOLA/Cajun/creole food (after being in LA for two months, I am so OVER the food). We found this place and decided to try it, and were... More

We were in New Orleans for a week, and after several days of eating tradtional fare, we wanted to try something different. We found this place while touring the French Market district, and walked by it a couple times before we realized it was a restaurant. I had a glass of homemade sangria that was cool, refreshing and helped beat... More

When you go to NOLA you think cajun and creole food. Well we decided to branch out and try this restaurant for dinner - it did not disappoint! The food was amazing and just enough portion wise. Everything tasted fresh and the margaritas were delicious! One warning: it's a little pricey depending what you order, but worth it!
