Fantastic, local flavor. Best lemon ice ever. Loved seeing all the locals file in for their favorites.

Great spot for an Italian pastry or a nice selection of Gelato. Although small its packed with lots of choices!

Ohmygodohmygodohmygod. This place is amazing. The pastries were to die for. The gelato was phenomenal. The coffee was on point. All were as good as when I studied abroad in Rome years ago. This place was truly a gem in a city where creole and cajun reign supreme. I highly recommend stopping here.

Cannoli - as good as they can be. As for the Rum Babba, well - you might think you're in Strohrer's in Paris {where it was invented}. Angelo Brocato's has been a NOLA fixture for over a century. As NOLA went through... changes Angelo Brocato's did as well - physically; they moved out to Carrollton in Mid City [as Morning... More

The Italian ice (I got a strawberry and lemon) was amazing. The service was so friendly and we didn't wait in line very long.

Spumoni, Rum Babba, Napoleans, Cream Puffs, hand made Cannoli's, Italian fig cookies and Sesame Seed cookies. All from classic the New Orleans sweet shop. Great fresh ground coffee. Brocato's makes for special memories.

There was a long line on Sunday afternoon for, I guess, the spumoni and ice cream. We must have chosen wrong. I had the pistachio éclair and my husband the napoleon. The napoleon was the better choice, the éclair kind of blah. I can only assume it was our mistake.

The cookies are authentic Italian cookies. We tried the pignoli mans almond cookies. The pastries looked very good also. Try the praline and baci gelatos. Both were tasty

Best place in New Orleans for a pastry, ice cream or coffee. Made me think I was back in Sicily. The service was exemplary. The girls behind the counter were more than helpful, very pleasant and knew their products. This is a must stop for my family every time we come to NO.
