Great Eats and a Cute Dive

We went to Deja Vu after a disappointing complimentary breakfast at our hotel. It was a bar atmosphere, but not crowded as it was 8:30 in the morning. I had the omelet, which was delicious; my husband ordered the French Toast and my nephew the biscuits and gravy. We all thought it was scrumptious... read more

After traveling for 24 hrs and needing some food I went here as it is next to the hotel. It was just after midnight and it was the first taste of " Southern hospitality ". The guy behind the bar who seemed to be in charge was very rude almost hostile when I was directed to him by the guys... More

Stopped in here with my husband in the afternoon to get some food and get off my feet for awhile after doing a cemetary tour. The food was good food and typical bar food. I had a salad and cheese sticks and my husband had a po boy sandwich. Was a little expensive for bar food at $15 a person... More

My sisters and I had lunch here one day and breakfast the next morning. The food is great and cheaper than anywhere else in the French Quarter. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is served 24 hours a day. The only problem I had was that I didn't discover this place sooner. It was near the end of my... More

Just a couple blocks off Bourbon St, we were looking for a quick and casual snack. We were greeted by the manager (maybe owner, too?) and he seated us and served us. He made a suggestion (Bar BQ Po-Boy) and we both had that with a large order of fries. The manager spent several minutes conversing with us and the... More

It's nice to find a place away from the madness of Bourbon street where you can get a good, cheap, tasty breakfast at any hour of the day. Really, the food was excellent! That being said, it's not without its downsides. It is not exactly the most eye catching place from the outside. If you didn't know better, you might... More

This all-day bar and grill is another local place that describes beers like Stella as fancy beers. My friend and I had late breakfast there, and it was stellar. As in other reviews, it is important to understand this is a bar and grill--so it isn't white table clothe nor Denny's-like. It's is great food in a bar setting. My... More

After taking a tour through the St. Louis Cemetery, we stopped at this bar for a late lunch since it wasn't super busy. Our waitress was very friendly and very hospitable. I had a catfish po-boy for about $9 and it was super delicious!

We happened apon this place looking for somewhere to have lunch. The food was so good we came back two more times during our stay. It is also a bar with a jukebox. We had breakfast, grilled cheese, and a burger during our visit and everything we tried was great.
