After a full day at Jazz Fest, first weekend, we needed a quick easy, place to sit and relax and have something to eat before going back to our room. Friday night food was good, service was good the waitress was BUSY taking care of a full bar and waiting on tables. She did great and kept a smile on... more

I'm from New Orleans but, now live on the Northshore. My family and I go to Buffa's practically every Sunday for their Jazz Brunch. The entertainment is fun and the food is fabulous. It is an authentic New Orleans experience! more

Yes you can find more expensive and fancy places to eat in New Orleans. But if you want to eat where the locals do and get the real New Orleans experience Buffa's is the place for you. My husband and I have lived in New Orleans only 4 years (carpet baggers LOL) however Buffa's early on became a favorite place to visit. The menu has a standard fare and specials that vary daily.
