This french bakery on Magazune is a must eat place. I had the quiche Lorraine, it was light, fluffy and perfect. The smoke salmon sandwich was tasty and we'll balanced. The pastries were french perfections light, flaky not too sweet.

Went here after looking and reading reviews and was very disappointed. Walked in around 11 am and most of the pastries were already gone. They had 2 wrap sandwiches that looked like they were there from Hurricane Katrina. Not impressed with this establishment at all . Took my wife there for there cream puffs and napoleon , unfortunately they had... More

Thanks to the TA advisors we caught bus 111 on Magazine Street to eat lunch at La Boulangerie. It is so typical of a French bakery in France with lovely bread and desserts. We had a ham and cheese sandwich and a croc monsieur. Topped that off with 2 wonderful French desserts. It was fun to watch neighbors come in... More

Had spinach quiche and tea to eat at the cafe. There is a microwave oven where you can warm up your treat. Price reasonable and very tasty. I also french baguette and the bread was really good.

We'd read all the glowing reviews and heard great things about this French bakery, which has won all sorts of awards and "best of New Orleans designations from visitors and residents alike. So we went there for breakfast on Saturday morning as we were headed out of town and on our way elsewhere. We found lots of framed accolades on... More

Amazing selection of breads! Great location on magazine street. Their almond croissants are my favorite in the city! I am never disappointed.

YUM. This place was excellent and very, very reasonably priced. We ordered way too many pastries just because they all looked so delicious! The peach danish and strawberry tarts were our favorite; you can create your own sandwiches and their roast chicken is to die for. Latte wasn't that great but who cares, the food MORE than made up for... More

This was a great local place. Visited on an overcast day and sat inside for a couple of hours while knitting and waiting for the close-by bead shop to open very nice service and the pastries were delicious. I'd go back if time allowed.
