This wasn't my first visit. The food is good and the old building provides nice and interesting atmosphere. The service was excellent and friendly. No complaints.

we were in the mood for a glass of wine and an appetizer. Our waitress, Julia, expertly walked us through the menu and helped us settle on the crab beignets (called fritters elsewhere) and calamari. Both were very tasty. Julia helped us with recommendations on how to spend our night on the town, and was very good at serving. She... More

Don't go! My family and I went to this restaurant on December 25, 2014. The waiting time was about 50 minutes. Once we got a table upstairs, the table wasn't completely clean but we fold the paper they use to cover the tables with and try to ignore the fact. After 20 minutes they finally decided to take the order.... More

We had a great day in New Orleans, we saw all the great sights and as evening fell were in need of FOOD. We tried a few places, all too busy, then spotted a real Italian place,(I will eat Italian food every day if allowed), there was space so in we went. We were greeted and seated by a great... More

Italian??? I have never given a 1 rating before. We came here as it was late and it looked OK. From there it was all bad. While everyone was pleasant the level of competence was very poor. The food was bland and in most cases the wrong order. Service was slow and lots missed. Overall you don't eat here unless... More

Called in here thinking it would be an authentic Italian. How wrong were we, bland pasta, watery sauce, mediocre service, no atmosphere. Should have passed it by and got a slice of pizza at least that would have been authentic Italian!!! Bill cost $80 for 2 main courses and 2 beers. Tip included in Bill without given a choice!!

Had one of our best meals here. Sat on the balcony and watched everyone walking by just added too the meal. Service was very good as well. We aren't big on pasta but this was lovely. Both my husband and I are big on adding salt to our meals. Didn't add any to both our meals. I had chicken and... More

We were inNew Orleans for Christmas, and reservations for another restaurant. We decided to try this place instead, as this was one restaurant that very little wait time for a table. That should have told us something. Long story, but after waiting 90 minutes for spagejetti and meatballs and chicken parmigiana , our food finally arrived without any sauce! They... More
