Great Ribs!

We stayed at the Hyatt Place down the street and decided to come here for dinner one night. I just wish we had checked it out earlier in our trip. Live Cajun music and great ribs and fried oysters (according to my friend).

The locals must get a spiff for sending people here as everyone we spoke to recommended this place. I would say it is average and way overpriced for what it is ($70 for lunch for two with only one Bloody Mary). The seafood gumbo was really fishy and I didn't care for it. The lunch combination came out cold (fried... More

What a great place for a meal! there was a group of us and the waitress handled us with ease. The Cajun music was great to hear and it was so fun to see people dancing on the dance floor. The food was excellent. We had a GREAT time!!!!

The food and service were very very good. The buildings atmosphere was wonderful. However a sandwich and fries should not be $18. Better places with better prices.

Had a business meeting with a long time friend. This was a perfect place to eat and catch up. Service was outstanding and the red beans and rice was the best I've had with lots of shredded meat. A meal by itself. Highly recommend for informal lunch.

Oyster poboy, fries and slaw with 1 Abita beer was $30. Bread was avg, no seasoning on oysters or fries. Slaw was simply mayonnaise and chopped cabbage. The place was packed I'm sure because of the conferences and its location. I will walk to the Quarter or Garden District in the future.

The food was great and not too expensive. The atmosphere was family friendly. There was great music which added to the creole experience.
