Great lunch and great service!

I dined there with friends for lunch. I took advantage of one of their 3 lunch specials that include a soup or salad with the entree. I had the Royal St salad and the crawfish and ricotta crepes with a strawberry margarita. My friend had the bbq shrimp and her husband had a burger. We were all very... read more

Me and my girlfriend were here on a tour and the man behind the counter was the rudest a hole he came to me right as I was going to order we had 25 mins and said your tour is here like 10 seconds and basically to not waste his time and wouldn't be able to order food. I was... More

Wonderful atmosphere and great waitstaff. My crab cake was good and my husband was very enthusiastic about the BBQ Shrimp. There is no grill or barbecue sauce involved. In New Orleans, barbecued shrimp means sautéed shrimp in Worcestershire-spiked butter sauce.

My husband and I dined here during lunch hours and we were quite disappointed. The hostess was rude and snobby. We were seated near the kitchen which made conversation difficult. The meals were over priced for its quality. The food wasn't bad it just didn't have any seasoning to it so it was bland. The only positive thing about our... More

It was crowded and we had no reservations so we waited at the bar. I think the bar tender could read lips...he took great care of us... Our waiter, Robert is the kind of professional we find in New Orleans, almost out of a Cole Porter musical, elegant and witty. The food was good and it was busy without making... More

There is a reason this restaurant has been around for years and people keep coming back. The food is quintessential New Orleans and done right! The barbecue shrimp is a must order. It is not your typical bbq. The dish comes with several large shrimp (like langoustine size) and is in a creamy sauce. The crostini comes in handy for... More

This review is for one dish: their famous BBQ shrimp. They were one of the best things I ate in NOLA. If I was writing this review based on the rest of our meal, it'd be 3 stars. The truth is, this is the kind of place that was once likely wonderful but is now a little too touristy and... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by someone who lives in the area. We made reservations (you will need them) and were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food awesome. There were four couples of us and when they brought us our bread...they handed each couple of wam loaf of French bread still in the paper bakery bag;... More

We loved the food at Mr.B's Bistro. We started with the fried oysters on the half shell that were delicious. We then had the BBQ Shrimp and Grits. The flavors were heavenly. To end the meal we had the pecan pie, Amazing. We enjoyed a few Pear Cosmo's which are a signature drink there. Highly Recommended!!
