Small, quiet bistro. The bbq shrimp was really good. Nice to eat at a smaller place in nola. Best to have reservations, but they do their best to customers a table.

We had the best dinner of our entire three day New Orleans trip here. I am just enamored with this place!First off, it is a charming and quaint restaurant. We were welcomed in by a very nice lady and felt at home at once. We had a great server who was charming in an unassuming way and very helpful. Everything... More

This is one of the best places to eat in New Orleans. It's a small place so make sure to make a reservation. They seat maybe 40 people is all but each dish comes out of their small kitchen as a work of art and you'll be licking your plate clean. Every server is very knowledgeable about their select menu... A party of 5 went for a special birthday dinner. The table was perfect - round table, lots of room, they even let us bring in little decorations to place on table. I wanted to try the "Feed Me" option, but the whole table wasn't in so we each ordered. We tried the BBQ shrimp appetizer - AMAZING, huge shrimp.... More

There are lots of big, very average restaurants in the French quarter. The Louisiana bistro is a great alternative.

I was reading the reviews and a lot of people were saying to go with the Feed Me menu. It seemed a little risky to me and my friends. We order the special and it was delicious and we got a few things from the regular menu. Listening to the other tables get their Feed Me meals did sound amazing.... More

We stayed at Grenoble House two doors down from Louisiana Bistro. On Valentines' we didn't have a reservation so I waited until they opened and snagged a table. Also waiting for the place to open was a guy named Robert who is, apparently, a regular every Friday night. I knew then I had hit the jackpot. We enjoyed our food... More

If you are looking for an excellent restaurant in the French Quarter, this is a can't miss stop! My wife and I both had the Creole Surf and Turf, and thought it was the best ever. We've tried many places in the N.O. over the years, and this was one that I felt was worthy of a 5 star review.... More

This restaurant was a surprise. Located less than a block from the Grenoble House, i stopped and took a look. Made reservations with the CHEF/OWNER! Sam was our waiter. The food was outstanding and the Service was even better. Small and intimate. Our friends from Vermont decided to make a second trip there when they were unable to fly out!
