Our bar offers a wide array of quality liquors and liqueurs including single malt and blended scotches, bourbons, whiskeys, vodkas, and gins to name a few. We even have a specialty cocktail list which includes the Crescent City Martini, a Vojkovich family favorite that is made with a delectable, Croatian liqueur. Crescent City Steaks has been owned and operated by the Vojkovich family since Mr. John first opened the doors over 75 years ago, and his spirit lives on through the essence of family that transcends everything we do. Tried the steak would rather had shoe leather. Ordered ribeye medium rare and was terribly disappointed. Gristle, fat, greasy flavor and hard to cut even with a steak knife. Was really a work out trying to chew the entree. Service was adequate.atmosphere marginal, sides uneventful.there are too many good to great places in Nola to waste any time or money... More

Crescent City Steak House is off the beaten path. It was a short taxi ride and looks like the neighbor haunt it is. You enter from the parking lot. I mention this because the taxi let us out on the corner and we tried a couple of doors before figuring this out. The décor is seriously lacking, but the food... More

It was our first time. My husband chose this for his birthday. We are both in this industry. It was bad bad bad... Service was terrible and food was marginal. I would suggest Ruth's chris even Morton's because you will get service... Just terrible... Never again...

Old time service. No variations on any theme. We all has ribeye steaks. Pretty good quality, but not thick steaks. Tasty side dishes. Butter steak cooking style not gourmet but satisfies a steak craving probably better than many other more expensive players.

After 80 years we finally got to Crescent City Steak House....not disappointed! From our waiter Michael who was helpful while giving us time and space, to Kelly the General Manger who treated us like family! The steaks in butter are outstanding and cooked perfectly medium rare! The vibe and décor take you back to the 50's and I mean that... More

This is a small old fashioned steak house and the night I went, the special (Chateaubriand with potatoes and vegetables for two) for $70 was less than each of us ordering a steak and since menu is a la carte adding potatoes and vegetables for additional fee. The meat was delicious, but the vegetables and potatoes skimpy. We made the... More

That was one of the best pieces of beef that I've ever had in my entire life. The wine selection was beautiful and my daughter even had a salad that had this homemade dressing that I have dreams about to this day.

We had the pleasure of dining here with our two children and would definitely return again when in NO. Our porterhouse was superb and the atmosphere really takes you back in time. The hostess was extremely friendly and took the time to speak with us about the area. Would definitely recommend!

One of our very favorite places to eat in New Orleans and we are picky being from here. The steaks are wonderful with sizzling butter on top and the German fries are really good. We love sitting in one of the private booths and the decor hasn't changed since 1934 when it opened. The restaurant is clean and the staff... More

This restaurant came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We were seated in one of the private booths which was a charming choice. The décor and setting was very interesting and conveyed an old world charm. We settled on the Chateau Briand (sp? - it was terrific no matter how it is spelled!!) Cooked to perfection with amazing sides. Its... More
