I go here every visit. This time the place was packed with large graduation parties, so i will be forgiving as an ex restaurant very myself. The hostess was absolutely clueless add to how a line works. The people in front = first was a challenging concept. She was just ditzy and painful to observe in "action". Our server (large... More

Good Louisiana menu. We enjoyed the gumbo, crawfish étouffée, Mahi Mahi Bourbon Street. Service was a bit slow but enjoyed the atmosphere. Personable waiter.

My wife and I are on a romantic trip to New Orleans. A friend of hers told her to try this restaurant. We looked at the menu from the outside, and although I'm allergic to seafood, my wife really want to go. We went for dinner, and we were immediately surprised by the size of the restaurant, compared to usual... More

We had gone to Ralph & Kacoo's 15 years ago...we just happened upon them this time in New Orleans, and decided, amid all the hubbub of the French Quarter to try them again. We were happily amazed. Everything was perfect, including the dueling piano artists!!! Nice wine, great ambiance and superb food at a reasonable price...that is hard to find... More

My family ate at Ralph and Kacoo's over 30 years ago and I was pleasantly surprised to find this establishment still in business and still serving delicious food. The atmosphere was pleasant and there was live piano music. My husband and I did not find the music overly loud or obtrusive and it added to our enjoyment of the evening.... More

I love this place! There is a lot of good food to be found in New Orleans, but you aren't likely to find better than Ralph and Kacoo's. Great menu, fun staff. It would be nice to move the dueling pianos toward the bar though.

The side of vegetables was cold. We complained so taken away and half way through our meal they came back microwaved. You can only guess how the rest ofte food is prepared.

Visited during fqf when entire quarter was packed with visitors. We were seated in the bar area which looked out onto the street. The bartender also served as our waiter as well as another 4 tables. The food was delicious but there was a long delay in getting it. several tables left before eating. I would recommend based on food... More

Went to Ralph and Kakoo's on a Saturday night. The dueling pianos were a big disappointment. No requests and neither pianist could sing at all. Our waiter, Raymond, did all he could to make this a memorable evening, although not in a good way. We first sat down and Raymond came over and took our appetizer order, he then took... More
