This is a great place to eat on Bourbon st which is inexpensive but serves good local New Orleans food. Recommended for anyone really.

During my 2 trips to New Orleans, I've dined at this restaurant a total of 7 times. I didn't have one single bad meal and neither have my travel companions. I recommend this place to anyone looking for great food at decent prices. The portion sizes are huge! Every time I was finished eating, I thought they were gonna have... More

A box of Zatarain's taste better. Hamburger had weird taste. My son and I had the Jambalaya, it had no taste. Only thing good was my wife's cheese fries.

Wasn't good enough for us to return or recommend . Server was grouchy older gentlemen , food was average as well as prices for the area. Many better places on bourbon street to dine.

Now this was a FInd! This is THE FAMOUS ARNODS, LESS EXPENSIVE SIDE RESTAURANT. THIS food is top notch, at extremely affordable prices. Not only did we eat here SEVERAL times during our stay....I had remembered it from times I've come before. It's always a staple for us, when we visit, as there isn't a grocery store anywhere, and eating... More

Looking for a place to eat dinner we came across this place on Bourbon St. Being associated with Arnauds drew us in. We were not disappointed. We shared a plate of fried shrimp and a plate of fried oysters and both were very tasty. The iced tea was made fresh and was just what we needed after a very hot... More

It has been a year since we have been here. For being on Bourbon Street this place actually is very economical for what you get, but this time the food was not as good as last year. You could classify it as average at best and at least this trip we will not be going back since there are just... More

During a 12-day gastro-vacation to New Orleans, I had lunch here. I came close to shelling out for supper at Arnaud's, it being the third of the three most-historic restaurants in the French Quarter, but Remoulade offers a dressed-down alternative where you still get a chance to sample some of the Arnaud's specialities at a cheaper price. The venue name... More

Friendly staff and very nice food. We had two of the samplers: bayou and Louisiana. Big portions of well prepared dishes, especially the gumbo. Worth a visit in an otherwise busy area with touristy restaurants.

Perfect light tasty reasonably priced lunch; had a large Caesar Salad piled high with crispy popcorn shrimp ( also do it with grilled shrimp). The lettuce was cold, crispy and fresh. Started meal off with a Cajun Bloody Mary ( vodka is infused with hot pepper) which was very good but very small. The service was quick, responsive and interested... More
