Went for brunch on Saturday - live zydeco and the amazing Bloody Mary bar were terrific, but the food was the best part! We had simple items (shrimp & grits, Eggs Atchafalaya, and an egg dish with hot sauce potatoes) but all were exceptionally good. Do not miss this place!

My husband and I have a mission to try the great food of New Orleans. Wow after dinner here we both were impressed. I enjoyed the local dishes, in addition to excellent service from the staff. Can't wait to try another meal at Atchafalaya.

We went for the memory of Joe Petrosi many years ago. Sadly the current reviews do not do the place justice. It was a joke from the very start..."let's give them the best table in the house.." Food was off on every plate and service could not make up for it.

I have been here several times with friends and the food is consistently awesome. The service is great. The owner and staff are very friendly and approachable. Atmosphere is cozy and they also have high quality cocktails and a great bartender.

Small and quaint with live music. Excellent food! Interesting Bloody Mary bar, pickled okra to bacon bits and you choice of vodka.

My husband and I looooved our brunch this morning. My Eggs Atchafalaya were so delicious I will be dreaming about them. Every component was prepared perfectly, smothered with the sweetest lump crab meat and best hollandaise I've ever had. Hubby loved his Bananas Foster french toast. The flavorful "Foster" part is in syrup form and made without any alcohol, which... More

We came for the bloody Mary bar and jazz, and we're blown away by the food. The bloody Mary bar has three mixes- we chose the green tomato mix. It was out of this world. I had the eggs atchafalaya, which is eggs poached eggs on top of fried green tomatoes and topped with creole hollandaise. It was superb. I... More

Try this as an alternative to a traditional Breakfast Restaurant and you will not be disapointed. I had the "Eggs Treme" with hollandaise sauce and popcorn Crawfish. Wauw it was a very tasteful experience. They play nice music as well - Jimmy Cliff among others :-) There is a positive vibe in this rerstaurant.

We attended their jazz brunch on a Sunday - as you can imagine it was BUSY! The food was fantastic and the bloody mary bar was perfection. Our only complaint was the layout - the tables were on top of each other, you could hardly stretch your legs or move your chair - they really seemed to cram people in.... More
