Great music and relaxing atmosphere.

Quaint place to listen to great live music and enjoy a drink. Always has live music and a great atmosphere. I knocked off a point for customer service. We never got attended to for 20-30mins and the server wasn't apologetic. Besides that I'm sure other servers should be better attentive. Great... read more

We had good service .good food .good drinks so we came back later to listen to the music over another IPA which was good. What more can you ask for? The staff were friendly I may add.

Living only two blocks from the restaurant, we used to visit it all the time. About two years ago, we had a bad experience and had not been back since. We heard that new management was in place and decided to give it a chance. I did see recent reviews on Trip Advisor were both good and bad. Despite this,... More

The number and capacity of the best restaurants in Marifny is limited even during the week. That's how we ended in the Marigny Brasserie. It took a while to get attention from four waitresses that were busy with themselves. The choice of beer was limited, food decent but predictable while the band for this night not so much so. Overall,... More

I was 3 times at the Marigny Brasserie for dinner. I really liked their gumbo! Also their fish of the day with garlic mashed potatoes was very delicious. And I got the best drink during my week in Nola: "Momma's Moonshine" - yummy. Sitting outside gives you a good opportunity to people watch.

The Marigny Basserie gets a mixed review. It is a nice restaurant and our service was very good. The food was certainly good but nothing special. Sitting in a window seat for lunch we had an up close and personal view of several homeless folks loitering outside and witnessed a near accident at the intersection that turned into a huge... More

My husband and I had a late lunch at Marigny Brasserie on St. Paddy's Day. I had two lavender martinis with lunch, which made for a great start to the parade down Frenchmen Street later in the evening. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Great location and fun to "people-watch." The service was awesome, drinks were yummy,... More

This is a great restaurant. My 6 buddies and I had our final meal there. It was a great place to end a great trip. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. I had the crawfish fritters and a side of rosemary grits. Very tasty comfort food. I will add that the night before (a Saturday)... More

After walking up and down Frenchman Street, we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. From the outside it looks like a little café on the corner and is appealing from the street. The menu is posted on the outside and it looked like what we were looking for. Once inside, the restaurant was busy on a Saturday night, the... More
