We were hungry late(ish) at night and had been up and down Frenchmen Street looking for someplace without a line that wasn't too crowded and noisy. Frenchman was a blast with lots of people and music, but after a long night of it we wanted somewhere a little quieter. Wasabi was perfect for this. Sushi was very good and incredibly... More

Everything we ordered was amazing. Honey shrimp, tuna roll and the shrimp tempura roll are all a must. I'm glad we went. Fast and friendly service. I will definitely return when I come back to the fabulous city of New Orleans.

When my family and I come to New Orleans, we stay with friends in the Quarter who reside in close proximity to Wasabi. We ALWAYS make a point to stop in one night here during our trip. Tonight was no different. Peter was our server and though he was the only one in the dining area, he was able to... More

Sushi was outstanding. Assassin roll was delicious. Was a pleasant atmosphere. Do not be in a hurry, but out is definitely worth the wait.

Wasabi is a local's favorite!! The sushi is always fresh. The service exceptional- fast and efficient. I love their special rolls and seaweed salad. Honey wasabi shrimp appetizer is excellent! Their saki- mmmm- warm or cool, different flavors. It's a fantastic, New Orleans staple.

As with the others, we needed a break from the traditional New Orleans food. The clear soup was very good, and the edamame, salad, and sushi rolls were good-standard as you'd find at most decent places - not superb like you find in San Francisco, but still good. What stood out most is we got there about 9 minutes before... More

The sushi is great here but they have some mayonnaise heavy rolls which aren't to my taste. Service can be a bit slow, but everyone is very friendly. It's in a really neat area. I've eaten here about 4x and had delivery about 3x.

We needed a break from traditional N'Awlins cuisine so we opted for an Asian dinner at Wasabi. We were not disappointed. We opted for the tempura and chicken and tempura beef dinners, which included salads, soup and rice. The clear soup was delicious and the salad, in spite of the iceberg lettuce, was flavorful. The tempura and chicken/beef entrees were... More
