My friend I were starving, and stopped at this place because she liked that it looked like a dive bar. I like places that look like dive bars, but not actual dive bars. This was the latter. You could tell all the food had been frozen 10 minutes before you ordered it. It was 1pm on a weekday, but the... More

The kitchen is small but the food they produce is very tasty. The bar tender not the friendliest, but go the job done. It is definitely very rustic decor. I would reccommend for any visitors. If u sit at the table vs. The bar, u still have to order with bar tender. They will not come to u.

Not that Bourbon St. is expensive, but Jimani is an excellent "pre-game" bar before you hit the main party. The bar is small, the drink specials are legit ($10 buckets when we were there), the bartenders were friendly and welcoming. They have TouchTunes as well, plus a couple outlets along the wall to plug your phone an (as it's likely... More

From the advertising outside it looks like a restaurant. It isn't. It is a small sports bar. Small and somewhat cramped. However we did eat and the food and service was very good.

Although the pizza was great, the place décor was average with lot of locals and a loud place with smokers all around. Best way is to pick the pizza and eat in the hotel or outside

I have never eaten a sandwich like the one i had at Jimani Restaurant..It was absolutely wonderful. WE ate there 2 evenings and I ordered the exact same chicken sandwich, it was the best, creamy type sauce or condiment on it that made it great.

Looking for a good burger and a drink away from the bustle of the Qtr? This is the place. Quick service, great price and tasty burgers. A locals hangout....give it a try...

I enjoyed my two visits here. The bar seems to have a number of locals who are really enjoying themselves as well as tourists. It is a typical dark dive bar. The waitress was friendly enough and the food was average however I didnt expect much more. It was shark week and they had Jaws on the TV at high... More

A group three women in our 30's happened upon this place when we were looking for somewhere to eat that served dinner after 10:00. I have to say I would have rather gone to bed hungry. I am completely fine with a dive bar and it is New Orleans after all, but when I feel afraid for my safety that's... More

Good- The broccoli bites, although out of a bag in the freezer, were pretty tasty. The beer was cold but I didn't stay for a second one. Bad- The cook must have had a bad day today- he was slamming food around, shaking his head and talking under his breath. And when he delivered the food, he didn't smile or... More
