Great Atmoshpere, Great Staff, Great Food!

I make It a point to eat brunch at Brennan's whenever I visit New Orleans. The omelet is one of the best I have eaten. No meal would be complete without their famous Bananas Foster! Absolutely Delicious!!

Had dinner with friends, 8 of us. Service was good; waiters were polite and helpful. No complaints. Food was OK. At best. Menu is full of big words, describing items in bombastic words. You fall into the trap... Good service and high prices in addition to required fancy attire make you feel important. Am I right?? Then food arrives. Nothing... More

The atmosphere was a great one. We were there a little late (9:30 pm). The service was really good. I would recommend the restaurant but I don't think it's the best New Orleans spot in regards to culinary delight. But the food and atmosphere are both to be experienced by anyone visiting the area.

Our concierge set up this reservation for us. We are so glad he did!!!! We felt a little underdressed for this restaurant and I had four kids ages 10, 12, 14 & 15, but they still treated us like royalty! The entrees were on the pricey side for our budget and we weren't really that hungry so the girls decided... More

We ate here after looking through the higher rated restaurants in TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. This is an up market restaurant with higher prices and overall it met out expectations both for service and its environment. For our appetisers we ordered Crab Cannelloni ($13 where instead of pasta the crab was encased in sliced cucumber) and Seared Foie Gras... More

Everything about this experience was excellent. The waitstaff, the steaks, the selection of bourbon, the menu, etc. Staff was super attentive, everyone's meal was delicious. Really good milk punch.

Wonderful Servers! Delicious NY strip and cocktails. Excellent chocolate mousse for dessert. Our group of 8 was served quickly, loved the table-side cooking of Bananas Foster and steak medallions. My Local Gin and Tonic was fabulously tasting and presented. A must try!

We have probably tried Brennan's at least 4 times before and were disappointed each time. One of the ladies in our party had her mind set on having "breakfast at Brennan's" so we went again. This time it was a great experience. The service started out a little slow but very soon became very good. the 6 of us all... More

Ralph Brennan of the Commander's Palace wing of the fractured Brennan family has bought Brennan's of "Breakfast at Brennan's" and Banana's Foster fame and transformed the tired establishment into what I would call the crown jewel of the old-line New Orleans Restaurants. "WOW" is the word apt to come from your mouth when you enter the front door and make... More

Went here for breakfast and had the French toast, which was amazing. The Bananas Foster, which was invented here is amazing. A little pricey for breakfast, but worth having breakfast here once on your vacation. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
