Great Crab Cakes

Dinner tonight was great! The fresh french bread, the crab cakes and live jazz made it a great evening. The wait staff was courteous and engaging. We found out it's frowned upon to cut the bread with a knife. "Got to use your hands! The knife is for your salad". The after dinner signature drink was... read more

Last evening a group of 8 of us went to Arnaud's main dining room, for a celebratory dinner. We got a private room, which was cozy, intimate, quieter, and yet still gave us ample opportunity to people watch, and listen to the live jazz. We had three waiters, one dedicated to keeping our water glasses filled and with ice, and... More

Arnaud's never disappoints. It's one of the newer restaurants in the quarter, having only been open since 1918! We were there on a very busy Saturday night, but the service was efficient without being brusque. The remolaude sauce alone is worth a visit!

Eleven of my best friends surprised me for a 65th Birthday party. The service was top notch and the food was enjoyed by all.

As a frequent traveler, i love finding a restaurant that has it all. This is it! This historic restaurant is a must if you go to the Big Easy. Whenever i am in town…i make sure i have a reservation! Chris Hannah definitely knows how to cater to his customers. Tell him you want a drink of a particular kind and he will be able to mix something that will please you. Only few on this planet are able to do this. The setting is superb, the food excellent. Keep in mind that you can order some items from the... More

The shrimp Arnaud has just the right blend of horseradish to pleasantly clear your sinuses. The taste is divine! The speckled trout meunière is excellent. The soufflé potatoes are unique and wonderful, though they get cold quickly so make sure everyone gets some as soon as they are served. The pecan pie was delicious and not too sweet. The service... This is a nice place with good food but it is pricey. You can get better food, far cheaper and with great live music if you want to walk down to Frenchman Street. Having said that our service was fantastic

Bourbon St. was crazy & I wanted to sneak off somewhere quiet & eat. Wandered into here. It's singularly one of the best meals I've ever eaten. It was late, 10 p.m., but no trouble to them. The bread pudding, potatoes, & shrimp bisque were amazing. I savored my last meal in New Orleans & so glad this was my... More
