Great little restaurant. Busy, noisy, great service, great wine list. At the suggestion of the server, had the crab lump watermelon gespacho and the lamb neck. Absolutely amazing! My new favorite in NO.

Great service at one of the best restaurants in New Orleans. The dishes are innovative and beautifully presented. One of my daughter's favorites... I tend to eat at the bar when alone.

On a long 3 day weekend trip, my wife and I had dined at some VERY good restaurants, so this one was up against strong competition.... the quanlity of food did not disappoint. Their menu consists of "small plates" and "entrees". Small plates is a fancy name for decent siced appetizer. My wife and I both had different shrimp small... More

There were high expectations for this restaurant based on what we had heard from a friend and read. But it was a disappointment. First, we ordered and waited...and waited...and waited. In that time, it was hard to hear my wife who was sitting across the table from me. It was loud. Very loud. It is a small space and there... More

It's a tough act to follow when the night before you have had a truly titillating adventure for your olfactory and taste senses. Some might say we played it safe by sticking to Donald Link's restaurant group. I say we had heightened expectations, and they were met by our meal at Herbsaint. Though the decor was a bit Spartan, the... More

Easy access right on St. Charles Trolley Line and across from Lafayette Hotel. Nice experience to see the trolley cars passing on the street. Lively atmosphere. Indoor restaurant and sidewalk cafe. Pricey but interesting. Great service.

I stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday, the final full day I have in New Orleans before the end of this visit. I had a bowl of gumbo, and a small plate which was an addition to the menu: soft shell crab over creamed corn with pickled cucumber. Everything was amazing. This was a memorable lunch, and truly spoke... More

Here an early dinner here on a Monday with business colleagues. Service was prompt, but the seating area right next to the kitchen service made it feel no quite as upscale. Food was excellent, had the gumbo of the day, the grilled chicken with mash, dirty rice, and the molten chocolate cake-all very good. Everyone else was very pleased with... More

Four of us attended for a week-day lunch in April. Two ordered entrees, the other two ordered two small plates each. The cocktails we ordered were great, as was all of the food. Coffee and dessert were wonderful as well! The service was very attentive without being overbearing. The restaurant was full for lunch, so I'd recommend reservations. We were... More

We have eaten here many times and the food never disappoints. Last night the service did with a prolonged wait between salad and small plate appetizers/second round drinks. The place was packed and the house had additional tables (packed) outside. I don't belive the kitchen/wait staff can keep up. For the prices, that is unacceptable. The salad was nondescript. The...
