Had lunch on Saturday with my husband and son. The staff was perfect. Friendly but not overly so, charming and well just perfect. I had the crab cakes. Very good. The gumbo was as good as mine! We were all pleased.

We were greeted by friendly staff. Our waiters---many people took care of our every need---were very knowledgeable of the wine list and menu items. Despite all that, the food did not live up to the hype of being a restaurant of Emeril Lagasse.

I had to score this restaurant so highly because there were absolutely no flaws or missteps. My server Travis was very attentive and charming. Nice atmosphere. Food was excellent. The crab cake and duck gumbo was fantastic. The pork boudin balls appetizer was seriously one of the best things ive eaten in a while...so savory with tomato jam on top...yummy!... More

If you are staying in the French Quarter in New Orleans do not miss out on NOLA. This is an Emeril Lagasse restaurant that, in my opinion, is his best restaurant in the City (also has Emeril's and Del Monico's Steak). The experience starts the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by an exceptional staff focused on... More

Enjoy trying diffrent Emeril's restaurants and this one did not disappoint. Great appetizers and dessert, my wife had ordered the drum fish for her main course and found it very good except for the odd bite which seemed over slated as if when cooking certain areas got to much salt, mentioned to our wiater and he siad the chef that... We enjoyed the food flavors and presentation. It was one of our best meals in a town too full of fried food. The atmosphere was lovely. I am only marking off for the rushed and rather unfriendly service.

We were a group of 14. Service was good, atmosphere was ok. Some food good, other food was disappointing. Good appetizers included the mussels, cheese plate and beef carpaccio. Disappointing appetizer was Miss Hay's stuffed chicken wings. Duck gumbo was so-so, and a little salty. For entrees, the lamb chops and salmon were good. The garlic crusted drum fish was... More

l\Have eaten at Emeril's restaurant in Orlando and Las Vagas. we were disappointed in NOLA. Our appetizer came at the same time as the soup course My wife had, a bone in hers, and I had fish scales in my fish dish. The Banana bread pudding was uninspired, unlike Emeril,s bnana Ceam pie was not woth the money

We had three waiters.....I can't even count how many times my used silverware was switched out for new ones, and water glasses stayed filled. Fun dining experience.
