Excellent

One of the best meals I had in NOLA. Very reasonably priced for this quality of restaurant, the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.

I was quite disappointed with the food. The stuffed chicken wings recommended by waiter were overcooked and dry. The bisque really had no flavor. Gumbo was good but no better than normal in New Orleans. The Barbequed shrimp were to fancy and tasted like a French dish. The garlic encrusted Drum was very good and kept me from total disappointment... More

My friends and I ate here for my friends 25th birthday and it was so delicious! Literally enjoyed every bite of everything we ordered. We all tried each others dishes as well. We got chicken gumbo and BBQ shrimp for apps. As an entree I ordered the seasonal gulf fish which was swordfish over a scrumptious tomato okra stew and... More

Is this really owned by Emiril Lagasse? Very poor dishes. Duck was overcooked and BBQ shrimp was tasteless. Drum needed to be crispy and the ingredients with the dishes were just drab!

The guys cooking our food are sitting IN the trashcan next to the pizza oven during their breaks. Disgusting.

Maybe it was because it was a Sunday and the chef was off (or dead tired) but the "world's best friend chicken" was just ok and the service was spotty. Will return but now longer with "must go to" label when next in No La.

I like this restaurant. Every time I am in the City I indulge a visit to NOLA. Its such a wonderful experience from the moment you walk through the door. Service is superb but the food -- It has character and is simply good. Cost in proportion to the food and experience so don't be cheap. I only get there... More

I sat at the chef's table overlooking the pizza oven prep area with the sous chef. I had the crab cake with corn chow chow and the garlic spiced drum with beurre rouge sauce on a bed of oven roasted green beans, bacon and burbant potatoes. Delicious!

The food at NOLA's was very good and the service was even better. The waiter was timely and unobtrusive throughout dinner. I didn't have to refill a single glass of the bottled wine we ordered. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The baked clams were fantastic. The fish and shrimp dishes were very good. Great atmosphere too. We... More

I've dined here once before, and the last time it was fantastic. Last night, not at all. The food was average at best. And because it was average, way overpriced. The service was good, attentive. The seat I had at the prep bar was way better last time. They've added what looks like a cold bar for pizza ingredients. Very... More
