Lovely meal in a quaint setting

I had the Shrimp omelet * stuffed with more shrimp than I could eat) and my husband had the croquet monsieur ( ham sandwich). a beautiful melted cheese over bread sandwhich with mustard and black forest ham. I would recommend!

Had traveled here before on this trip and failed to get a table without a very long wait. And, they don't take reservations, or so we were led to believe, which makes life harder. But we phoned ahead and were assured that if we got there quickly we should get seated at once, and we were. Ambience is good as... More

I ordered the salad Nicoise and mussels and fries and was slightly disappointed. This is a popular restaurant but the same two dishes can be had at other restaurants in New Orleans and taste much better.

Bohemian decor, very unintimidating and special; and WONDERFUL crepes. Try the cheese plate. It comes with palate cleansers and 3 different varieties of cheese to sample. We loved everything we ordered

Very professional yet friendly service in a congenial room, a bit crowded and casually festive. My lamb chops were delicious, as were the escargots served swimming in garlic butter. Good place to go to celebrate something special. A bit out of the way for tourists, but worth the effort to find it.

Getting there before 7 was good planning. This is not the season to be comfortable waiting outdoors for a table to become available. So we had an open table with no wait. The menu had been re-formatted since our last visit with one notable improvement; the daily specials are now listed in an attachment which makes it much easier than... More

My family and I have been going to Crepe Nanou for 25 years and each time is special. The crabmeat crepe is my staple there...other good choices and varied wine menu. Intimate and special that will make you a loyal customer as well.

This is a little out of the way from the Warehouse District of New Orleans so it is best to have GPS to find it at night. The lights were low offering an intimate setting to enjoy a meal with close friends. The service was prompt and the food excellent. I had the catch of the day and was very... More

I can't say enough great things about this place. It's always rock solid and I plan on going back for years to come. A few highlights: some of the best escargot in NOLA. great avocado salad with crab meat on top. their onion soup is wonderful. awesome fondue. the veal entree with lemon caper sauce is to die for. their...
