This intimate Italian restaurant was a great find. The walls are covered with Mona Lisa pictures of all sorts. The price is very reasonable, and the service is exceptional. It is a great place for a romantic dinner, also family friendly. The food is very tasty, am anxious to try it again on my next visit to NOLA.

Great food and atmosphere. Off the beaten path. Not many tourists would know of this place. Luckily I had a friend who lives nearby who took me to this place.

We stumbled upon this restaurant after smelling the garlic bread while walking on the street. We are so glad to have found this place, as the food was some of the best that I have eaten. The portions are large and the price is reasonable. The atmosphere is quaint and the service is excellent.

On the east end of Royal St. away from most of the bars and hustle and bustle of the French Quarter, Mona Lisa is a quaint restaurant with nice ambience, terrific food, and reasonable prices. I had the Paneed Chicken on fettucini alfredo and it was delicious. My son loved his Mardi Gras pasta and my wife enjoyed her Veal... More

This is a standard Italian-American spot. The vibe is artsy and the service was extremely friendly. The pizza was good.

My husband and I eat at Mona Lisa often when we are visiting NOLA because it is on a well lit street, in a nice part of New Orleans, just a few blocks off of the river near the French Market. The food is great, the service is quick and efficient and the there is good value for your money.... More

We noticed this restaurant strolling about with our morning coffee. Decided to check it out our last night in the Quarter. Small wait for a great cozy table in the window. Adequate wine list. Yummy bruchetta. Salads were great, yummy dressing! Spinach lasagna and meatball parmigiana were both amazing. Cannelloni was perfect. Server was polite and helpful. Restaurant was old... More

My wife and I stopped in here after reading some positive reviews and unfortunately cannot review in same light. The restaurant itself is nice and cosy, red and white tablecloths, good garlic bread but then came our main order of veal parmegean for me and a pizza for my wife. Her pizza was ok but nothing great, my veal was... More

Been here multiple times over the years. Really good pizza and always easy to get into. In fact, those who visit during Mardi Gras this is a spot to go to as not many know about it and when all the tourist restaurants are busy you usually can get a table. Plus the food is great! Worth your time.

The side salad comes with a slice of pizza. Need I say more? Loved the lasagna I ordered. Its quirky. You can drink a glass of wine while you color on the table.
