This used to be a very historic location. The old murals have been removed and upstairs converted to a modern European look. The food is very good. One down side too many wait staff. Desert menu is limited.

We enjoyed a very nice evening at this Emerils location. the service was was some of the best I have ever had. Your water was never dry nor was your beverage. I tried the New Orleans drum fish, a nice mild white fish on a bed of roasted veggies in an indescribable sauce. My wife had the baked salmon and... More

An exceptional experience which began with complimentary valet parking. The waiters were friendly and attentive and the dining atmosphere was first class. My New York strip steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a special venue for a special occasion, this is the place.

Wow. This was hands down one of the best rib eye's that I have ever had. The collard greens were completely amazing as well. My wife went with the chicken and she said it was hands down the best chicken that she has ever tasted. And she couldn't believe that she was even talking about chicken. Because usually, chicken is... More

This was my fourth visit to an Emeril restaurant but definitely my favorite! Service was wonderful, yet it didn't feel "stuffy." We dined upstairs (2 adults and a ten year old.) The barbeque shrimp appetizer was a huge hit with my daughter as it was flavorful but not too spicy. Everything was delicious -- fish, chicken, and a steak for... More

I gave service a 5, because the waiters were ALWAYS there, but I should have given a 2 because they were ALWAYS there, after EVERY drink of water. It was pretty and quiet... If you want a quiet snooty dinner with mediocre food then go, if you want GREAT food and have fun then don't. I had a salad and... More

One of the top restaurants in NOLA and it was worth the stop. We were seated immediately and the servers were very attentive. The ambiance was great and the jazz pianist was really good. For an appetizer we had the boudin balls and for the entree we chose the special of caramelized jumbo scallops which was served on a bed... More

Loved it! Bar was just small enough to enjoy meeting folks from around the world. Wine selection wax excellent. Food was excellent I had the red snapper special and my wife had the soft shell crab. Both tasted awesome.

I actually visited the restaurant twice in the same week, both for business dinners. The staff was awesome. The first evening we were seated downstairs but in the way, before anything happened we asked to be reseated and it was simply no problem. The food and wine is reasonably priced for this type of restaurant. The second night was absolutely... More

There are no words that can describe how good this steak was! Hands down the best ever tasted. The ambiance of the restaurant, which is a converted home, only adds to the pleasantry of the dining experience. The server was exceptionally knowledgeable, though this would be expected at a restaurant of this caliber. We were made to feel welcome and... More
